So, I order two cherry limeades. One cherry limeade I had even paid the upcharge for extra cherries. NEITHER cherry limeade had cherries. How hard is it to remember the cherries in a CHERRY limeade? It wasn’t busy. It was early in the morning or late at night.

This location needs to be closed! People seem to have universally negative experiences here. Extremely slow service, very dirty restaurant. People were literally leaving because they weren’t getting service for 20-30 minutes. I watched the server bring out the wrong food to people multiple times and they weren’t responding to anyone at any stalls or the drive through. After half an hour they marked my order as completed without me receiving anything. I will be requesting a refund and never returning to this location.

I was at the drive thru and about had to yell at the person taking my order because he couldn’t hear me. Then he says to pull forward and I get to the windows and I still have to shout. I repeatedly told him my order and he repeats it back but still got it wrong. I never know if I’ll even get marinara for mozzarella sticks or ranch for cheddar peppers even.

Waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes, we had to go find them outside to tell them they had cars in the drive thru, one employee even had air pods in. We were not thrilled with the service we received. The shakes were good, just really messy and sticky cups. Hopefully next time they can wipe off the cups.

Food is fine, sometimes the ice creams lacks toppings, but usually fine. Main issue is that they only ever have like 3 employees, so they are way too overworked and take too long

Almost a 7 dollar shake! Ordered a banana shake, they were not busy. It was all whip cream!! Discuss and disappointment towards this restaurant. Never again will I be going back. Management needs to step up the game. Start with a whole new crew of people who actually want to try to at least provide some sort of quality. This sonic on north 7 used to be amazing and now I wouldn’t send my dog there.

Ordered 3 super sonic breakfast burritos, all of which came with no sausage or tater tots and very little eggs. French Vanilla iced coffee tasted terribly bitter and gross. Asked for picante sauce when I ordered and there was none in the bag so I had to press the button and ask for it again. Frustrating to spend so much money on terrible food.

Ordered a route 44 strawberry cherry limeade, it was just a little flavor in cup full of water, sent it back and received the same thing . I gave a tip to get ripped off . Will never ever go back!!!!!
