Amazing! I ordered the garlic chicken plate with a side of seaweed salad and a spam musubi and boy it was a lot of food haha. The portion size is outstanding! Too much food for me! But hey that’s good I’ll have some more fo later. The chicken was cooked very well and it was tender. The rice also had this kind of savory sauce and gave it this nice sweet taste. Honestly when I walked in I saw how many people there were and orders so I was a little worried about waiting time but it was worth the wait. About 15 minutes. The place was hard to find too because Google maps sent me to the wrong building! It’s like in a warehouse industrial complex so a little different atmosphere but all good. Definitely too much rice for me so next time I might change that but overall well worth the trip! Thank you.

Generations Kitchen Hawaiian Food is one of those places you try once and immediately start planning your next visit. What really stands out from the moment you get your food is the freshness. So many Hawaiian spots can feel heavy or thrown together, but everything here tastes like it was prepped with real care the same day – super clean flavors, bright colors, and you can tell they take pride in ingredients. The variety on the menu is also impressive. Whether you’re craving poke, plate lunches, or something a little more comfort-food style, there’s a ton to choose from without it feeling overwhelming.

The poke dishes are the true stars here. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything that has poke in it. The fish is tender, never fishy, perfectly seasoned, and the toppings pair really well without overpowering it. It has that melt-in-your-mouth feel you only get when poke is genuinely fresh. On the heartier side, the loco moco is absolutely killer. Big portion, rich gravy, perfectly cooked egg, and a patty that actually has flavor. It’s one of those dishes that hits every comfort note but still somehow doesn’t leave you feeling weighed down.

On top of the food, the staff here is genuinely friendly. Not the fake “scripted” type of friendly, but the kind where they actually seem happy you showed up and are excited to talk about the food. They’re quick, helpful with recommendations, and the overall vibe makes the whole experience even better.

If you haven’t checked out Generations Kitchen yet, you’re seriously missing out. Fresh food, great poke, an insane loco moco, tons of variety, and awesome people running the place – definitely worth the visit.

This place is really good, every time I go the food is fresh, hot and delicious. The service is good. Thr last time I went I got the hurricane chicken and it was really tasty. Mac salad fire, the sauce is good and the chicken is juicy. Will def go back, thank you.

Omg! Run! Don’t walk to this place! The place is aesthetically minimalist when you walk in, But don’t let that fool you! The food is beyond amazing the garlic chicken breakfast with pancakes and eggs! The pancakes are THICCC! But my god this place is so delicious! The lady who greeted me when I walked in was beyond sweet and helpful in helping me choose my meal! When I come back to Vegas I’m definitely coming back to this place! It’s my new happy spot! (Sorry for the blurry pic, shaky hands)

Ono local food! Consistent taste and quality. Fair price and portion sizes. Fast and friendly counter service. Limited business hours so check ahead before you go. Breakfast served only on certain days/hours. I visit regularly because I want them to stay in business and I highly recommend if you’re craving Hawaiian food. This place is legit.

Been there a couple times. And the experience has always been good. Customer service and food is fantastic. Like any food business. When it gets hit with the lunch rush. It gets busy super quick. But this place always has me wanting to come back for more.

Truly a hidden gem! Honestly it is hidden because it’s located in an industrial looking park. If it wasn’t for navigation we probably wouldn’t have found it.
I started off with two Spam Masubis while I water for my Teri Beef Fries and my wife for her Loco Moco plate and side of fries.
The Masubis were hot and I devoured them! The Teri Fries were great, a lot of different flavors and texture coming together into true deliciousness. The Loco Moco plate was huge and I helped my wife finish it. The pattys were flavorful and tender. The gravy that was poured over them soaked into the rice below and it was heavenly. Pro tip: use some of that gravy for your fries, you’re welcome.

Fantastic Hawaiian food! Well seasoned with very tasty sauces but the mac salad side is very bland.
Prices aren’t too bad either. Just a warning that wait times can be up to an hour or more when they do catering.
