I love coming to this Pizza Hut location. The manager Kam has great customer service, she is welcoming, professional and a pleasure to interact with as a consumer. Kam understands the concept of marketing and maintaining customer retention because she’s great at letting the customers know about the Pizza Hut promotions /deals. It’s rare to go into a retail store , restaurant or fast food chain now a days and receive this type of top tier customer service that’s authentic so thank you Kam for always allowing my experience with you and your staff to be a great one. I went for the $2 Tuesday personal pan pizza. I thought it was a decent deal for the price I would return when I walked in the gentleman at the counter. Didn’t really engage with me. He just handed me the receipt from my pizza and then handed me the pizza. Personally, I would’ve liked more pepperoni on the pizza, but that’s only because I like extra pepperoni. I feel what they gave me was sufficient, especially for the price.

Worst experience I have ever had at a pizza hut. Even though they close at 12:00 am, the door was already locked and their credit card and ebt machine was down.. Feel like complaining to corporate. I dont plan on going back to Thais location and do not recommend it either.

Food was actually pretty good. Service, however, left a lot to be desired. Young, male cashier absolutely clueless about anything. Ordered a dozen bone-in wings with two flavors. Instead of ringing me up for 12, he rang me up for 2 orders of 6, which was more expensive. Emily, the “manager” stated that you can’t mix flavors (no mention of this on the menu) and refused to refund the overcharge. “Nothing we can do.” There’s also a random service charge added to all checks to offset their “operational costs.”Would not recommend or return.

This is my local Pizza Hut, so obviously I get food from here all the time. The experience here varies – the workers at the front seem to always be suspicious of customers. Serving time is pretty good as well, never more than 25 minutes.

I am a huge pizza fan, and Pizza Hut is my favorite! I ordered a newer item, a sausage and pepperoni personal pan with a side of boneless honey barbecue wings. And guess what, I’m probably going to have it for lunch again today! This is a great combination and offer, so hopefully Pizza Hut will keep these options on the menu. I think it would do really well as a permanent option. At least it would for me. This location was great as well, great customer service, clean restroom, and the food was perfect!
