My partner and I were visiting from San Diego celebrating our 8 year anniversary and we came across this amazing place to watch the Fiesta Bowl and we had to pleasure to be served by Vanessa! She had a lot of amazing recommendations on drinks and places to visit while we were out here! She was an excellent bartender and was very knowledgeable! Sat in the very back area they have nice couches , great view of titans stadium and the river. Vanessa was our bartender, poured the best drinks and was super friendly, efficient! Fast. Food portions are huge. My favorite item is the spicy tuna app

I visited on February 6th from 8:00–10:30 PM specifically because of the advertised “VIP Special” (see photo of the advertised drink and food specials which the bartender wrote down for us). Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and not worth the price at all.
To make matters worse, the bar was not busy at all, which makes the slow service and constant mistakes even more frustrating.
The bartender who was assisting us was friendly, but service was very slow. Drinks took forever to come out, and when they finally did, two people’s drinks were completely forgotten. When we ordered drinks, we also ordered a plate of egg rolls. Later, a different server came over and informed us that no food had even been rung in for our table. That was already frustrating, but we tried to be patient and reordered two orders of egg rolls.
When the food finally came out, we were only given one order because the other was forgotten again. At that point, we didn’t even bother asking for it to be fixed a third time.
For my boyfriend and me, our bill included:
• 2 × 16oz draft beers ($5 each per the special)
• 2 × Patron Silver drinks ($8 each per the special)
• 1 appetizer of egg rolls ($6.50 per the special)
I also had two $25 gift cards that were given by this establishment to use on food and drinks. When I handed them to the bartender, I was told I still owed $28.
That math makes absolutely no sense. With the advertised special, 4 drinks and an appetizer should have been well under $50, especially after applying $50 in gift cards. At that point, considering how many mistakes had already been made with our table and others in our party, there was no point in arguing, so I just paid and left frustrated.
Had I known this is how the night would go, I would have eaten somewhere else with better service and better food for that price. I only went because of the advertised special, and it was not honored properly.
This was really disappointing, especially for my birthday. I would not recommend this place and will not be returning.

I am begging you to send a secret shopper to see how your hostess treats the guests. Food great, service phenomenal, almost left after the girl up front’s attitude to my sister who is the nicest person I know. If the game wasn’t playing we would have left. Thanks go out to our wonderful server!

Vanessa was the entire reason I’ll come back to this place. Unmatched service. She remembered my drink order from 2 months ago and my name. She was on top of the service all night, and honestly made our whole groups experience way 10x better. The rest of the employees here could learn a thing or 2 from her.
