Has some of the most disrespectful staff I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking with. Had an order via doordash, never showed up despite me waiting outside for it. Called up to the store and some lady picked up and said her driver already came by and no one came out to get the food, and that if I wanted my food I’d have to give a second tip, I agreed because I didn’t want to have to order from somewhere else, and she sent me the same cold, soggy food after leaving me waiting like an hour total.

I use to like coming here but now I hate it the Food is terrible and NOT FRESH and the don’t make the employees wash there hand before making food. The said on my sandwich was rotten and old the fries were cold and had too much cayenne pepper my son couldn’t eat them. They have a man cooking who NEVER CHANGES HIS GLOVES. I witnessed him take out the trash, sweep the floor, hold the hood of the stove with both hands the turn right around and started making food WITH THE SAME GLOVES. When I asked if they could have him change them I got a straight attitude from the mother(Owner). I think that was very unsanitary. So if anyone has gotten sick after eating here that can be the reason. They are not Very sanitary or make the employees change gloves after cleaning they go straight to making food. I don’t recommend eating here. I will NEVER AGAIN. it’s sad cause I like supporting small businesses

The service socked the lady was not rude, but she was just so unattached to what she was doing and nonchalant. The cook spent more time looking around and not attentive to the grill there’s no wonder the food tasted like a dirty grill.

Portion sizes aren’t very large. When ordering a sampler platter, it doesn’t even fill the bottom of the container. The cheese tastes old and like they add cornstarch or something gritty to it. They don’t toast the roll on cheese steak subs and what they call a Philly, isn’t really a Philly. The staff is friendly. The location isn’t for everyone because of the type of crowd that loiters there all day. Don’t take your kids with you to pick up the food. The menu selection is good, they just need to train people to make the food better and up the portion size. Or at least put food in the appropriate sized container, rather than in a big container to make you think you’re getting what you’re supposed to

I’ve ordered from here maybe 3-4 times in the past and it was amazing! Loved the subs before so we went back but this past weekend me and my fiancé ordered subs.. first off we said no tomato and they still added it and then they added mayo to a sub that don’t have mayo according to the menu.. there was so much mayo that I could’ve made at least 5 other sandwiches .. she was rude when we called it in and when we got there.. we will never come back here again.
