This is the second time the store is messed. My order up last one was for 15 piizzas. They didn’t even have the order ready upon requested time this time ordered online requested 15 pizzas some wings, and some other stuff half of my order was not even delivered to me only a quarter of it was Went back to the store and the people in the store didn’t even care that my order was messed up they kinda laughed at me, but I guess that’s what happens when you put kids behind the wheel of a multi million dollar company sad to say, but this store is so underrated now that I see the reviews my reviews go along with it, I give it a zero for the way the stores run the way the corporate let the store be run and the way the owner is appalled that he or she doesn’t even care that the store is running in this manner. This time only part of my pizzas were delivered so that was one pizza some wings, and some other stuff. Four pizzas were still sitting there on the shelf the two pizzas that I received were burnt. remember now, part of my order was not delivered. I had to go to the store and get it and the staff in the store was just standing around doing nothing. The three girls were just kind of giggling handed me the rest of my order and said oh, we cannot give you our names. I asked for managers names one walked to the cooler, the other cover her head and shame.what a waste of my money now I have went to other pizza locations and found better careing. Staff I will never eat at domino’s again

Placed an order for two pizza two sides and multiple sauces. Food was delivered cold, uncut, and without any of the sauces we paid for. I called the store and it seemed they had disconnected their phones so they could not receive calls. I called the 2nd nearest store and explained what happened and my concern with the phone. They were very kind and confirmed the first store shuts their phones off so people can’t reach them about an order. They transferred me to a different store under the same general manager as the first and they were kind and asked their GM to call me. Instead the first store called my cell and explained it was impossible for my cold pizza to be cold and so they won’t be refunding anything. Ignoring the other issues. I said that’s fine I’ll call someone else about it and then their GM called me. Saying again it’s impossible for the pizza to be cold. He said he could give store credit for a sauce cup and that was all. He needed photo proof of the pizza being cold and uncut. Love dominos. Crap service but thank you for keeping it entertaining at least.

Most of the time when I order I pay in cash and I always tip well having worked in restaurants for 30 years.
I always wait at the end of my driveway so the driver doesn’t have to walk up it. Yesterday the driver shows up and walks around her car and tells me the total and sticks her hand out. She didn’t even take the pizza from her backseat.
So I asked her if she was gonna get the pizza and she said she needed the money first and it was company policy. I have never encountered someone so rude and condescending. She acted like I was gonna take thr pizza and run away with it.
I wonder if I waited inside if she would have walked up the driveway without the pizza and then walked back to her car to get it once I had given her the cash?
I called the store and Alex, who said he was the GM, wouldn’t stop talking so I could explain what happened. Anyways, never gonna order from this store again.

Well….yikes. Read if ya wanna, this is a long one.

Came in to pick up an order I’d placed online. After I’d gotten into my car, I had a feeling I should double check the pizza. Welp, there was a missing topping on half. I brought it back in and let the cashier/cook know (short gal with blonde hair), and her reply was, “well do you want me to add it and run it through the oven, or make a whole ‘nother pizza?” I was a little surprised, given that (in my experience, albeit many years ago) toppings go on frozen, so the pizza would then be over cooked at that point. I asked, “uh..well what would you recomen–” to which she sighed, “it’ll only take six minutes to add the beef otherwise you’ll wait longer for a new pizza.”

I said I was fine with a new pizza, and sat down to wait. Not sure if this is s regular thing, but then loud rap/trap music starts playing haha I’m definitely one to enjoy it in the right setting, but it seemed a bit unprofessional, considering the profanity and it being 1 in the afternoon.

In that time, a Hispanic woman comes in and begins placing an order. A taller, heavier-set blonde took her order, and even with a bit of back and forth, was overall pleasant to her. But when she asked about pricing/it differing from online…well the shorter blonde piped up quite rudely to interject saying, “we can’t honor online pricing, that’s only in the app! We have like 4 buttons to choose from in here. Do it online.” The woman wound up excusing herself, leaving.

Both girls then retreat to I guess the employee area for a bit, giggling and so forth, while orders are baking. The taller one of the two then comes out to box my pizza. After the usual formalities (“thanks” ” yep have a good day”), I ask if I’d be able to take down their names. She’s definitely taken aback and states, “we aren’t required to provide names, what do you need it for?” I simply say, “just for when I leave a review.” She again says, “we aren’t required to give out names, just the general manager. You can put down the store number.” When I ask for my original receipt and the GM’s name, she asks if I already had it (and that the GM is Alex). I said no, so thankfully she printed a new one for me.

I dunno, I’m only just about 30, but I feel like a curmudgeon for thinking customer service has gone WAY downhill. You’re made to feel like an inconvenience when the job isn’t done right (no apology, or “my bad!”), and are met with eye rolls, huffs n puffs, and coworkers blaming each other instead of just fixing the problem.

Silver lining, it only took about 6 minutes for the new pizza

Worst pizza ever!! First time ordering from them and will be my last! Pizza was cold and it too 2 hours to deliver! The lady who answer the phone claim she was the manager and couldn’t give me her name. I called corporate and I’m waiting for them to return my call. Very disappointed. Very greasy!! Do better!

Ordered delivery and when I received the pizza, the box was soaking wet on the corners but did not appear to be grease. When I opened the box the pizza had a foul rotted meat smell that was so strong it made me gag and an odd chemical smell. I was afraid I would get food poisoning. I contacted the company three times with no response or resolution. Needless to say, this was my first and last time ordering from Domino’s.

Called this store because the app and the site weren’t working and was immediately rushed by an aggressive employee using the prerecorded voice lines to rush and harrass me. I called back and was immediately hung up on. These calls occurred on 12/5/2025, 9:20pm and 9:29pm. Don’t waste money on shops that fail basic customer service, doesn’t help that the other reviews are bad too.

Ordered a bacon chicken ranch pizza and got a bowl of ranch with some chicken. This pizza had absolutely no cheese and a bucket of ranch it wasn’t even edible. I attempted to pick up a slice or two and every single topping if that’s what you would call it slides off the bread. Horrible service, always rude so calling about this doesn’t do any good. There goes my money into the trash along with this bread bowl of ranch….

Edit: The GM did reach out to me the following day and apologized and gave me a full refund. I really did appreciate that. Changing my rating from 1 to 3.

If you were thinking about getting your order delivered from this location, don’t. It’s been getting worse and worse. Their options for when they mess up are unreasonable in my opinion. There’s no reason why I should have to drive my food back after getting it delivered when it was delivered like this.. attaching pictures below.
