Ordered delivery and I think the order went to a different location. Took 50 min to arrive. Changed delivery time three times.
Portion on salad was extremely disappointing! Looked like a child’s side order. I didn’t order anything spicy and it was super spicy! No rice???? And just a few beans! Guacamole was a good amount but even lettuce was skimpy.

My wife and I are serious Chipotle fans. We eat there at least twice a week. But we stayed away from this location after it opened because of the terrible reviews. But because it’s so close to our house we decided to give it a shot. Glad we did because no joke, it was one of the best bowls we’ve had. Excellent service and the food was amazing. Good portion sizes. That being said I can’t speak for pickup order portion sizes since we went inside. But I would definitely recommend trying this location if you’re close by.

I was happy to see a new Chipotle opened near me,, went in and was asked to wait wich I did not mind with one other customer but was for basically nothing,So the staff could have there little chit chat, after 5mins they finally started taking our orders, I ordered a white rice burrito with half chicken and half steak,, the guy basically made a full rice burrito with almost no meat!! Only other add on I had was cheese wich he didn’t mind throwing alot on for some reason, so it was basically a cheese and Rice burrito, once I started checking out with the lady I watched the one chef sneeze open handedly all over the show and not bother to change gloves, how disgusting!! Im very disappointed with this being a new store and this is how they going to drag Chipotle’s name to the ground iv never had an issue with any other Chipotle’s and some thats even been crazy busy did a way better job than this one. I dont like leaving negative reviews but this one was just horrible and I dont think ill be going back there again any time soon if thats the kinda service they going to deliver, especially when ur paying for meat add on and then there’s basically no meat!! Smh the pic im adding doesn’t doit justice but there was maybe like 4 little cubes of chicken and 4 little cubes of steak, the rest rice and cheese. The Chipotle on 11241 Park Blvd. North, Seminole FL 33772 puts this one to shame,, Trust me go there and see for yourself !! They know how to give you what your paying for!

WOW. Don’t understand the lower reviews at all—-ALMOST kept us from trying the new location but upon reading, we decided to try it anyway because they were mainly about portions…
So here’s an HONEST less entitled review; Staff were NICE & POLITE to us, the portions were PERFECT (they train you at chipotle to go off of certain measurements but the employees will ALWAYS accommodate you if you ask for “just a little more”) the price was AS EXPECTED (30$ for two bowls with tortillas on the side) and the bag felt like I was carrying a newborn baby…it even ripped a little because it was so heavy (not complaining!! I expect that when chipotle hooks me up)
GRATEFUL for a new chipotle closer to home & I have no regrets giving it a chance!

I was so excited for this location to open because it’s closer to my house than others. But I’ll go out of my way to the others now that I’ve experienced this one a few times. They consistently give tiny portions and have awful customer service. I don’t think this location is going to last.

Stopped in for first time thinking a new location would be great. NOPE, wow, it was so obvious that they were skimping out on portions. They tried hard not to put much in a rice bowl. I had to keep saying, put more than that. I didnt order a kids meal. I stopped going to Mo’s for that reason and have been going to Chipotle for years now. They never have vegetables either. Always have to ask. I will give it one more try… but after that they’ve lost me. Slow help and no ambition to want to be working. It’s a shame.

High quality food and I loved it! I ordered online and used the new fancy drive through pick up window which is awesome and makes things SO much easier. The girl who handed me my food was super polite and smiling , and people are complaining about portions??? I dont understand that…. This place is brand new and the 4 times I have been there I have been too stuffed to even finish my meal. The burrito was HUGE being as WIDE as it was long. lol.. 5 stars from me! Welcome to the area!

We were really looking forward to going to the new chipotle around the corner from where we live. Upon entering, you could tell the tables are not wiped between the guests. The food was ok but not great. The young lady who prepared our food was really nice and friendly. She smiled and was welcoming. The cashier looked like she hated being there. No smiles or friendly hallo. We paid $39 for teo bowls and two drinks.

Was so excited to see this Chipotle opened up so close to me as I go every week. Unfortunately I think it is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to so I’ll be making the further drive to the other one. The employees here all just seem to hate their job which is understandable I guess but damn. There’s one girl who gives you barely any food ag all and has bad attitude. The first time we went almost half of my chicken was hard nasty pieces I literally couldn’t finish it because it was so disgusting. Made me want to go vegetarian, super disappointed
