We rolled in Sunday after church with 11 people. Even though they only had 3 employees working they got all of our food right, got us food quick, and kept a GREAT attitude through the whole thing.

So if a customer walks in at 10:30 and it says you serve breakfast until 10:30 if it is not quite made it till 10:31 technically you are still serving breakfast and to say you’re not that is wrong just saying. Had to pick a lunch I didn’t want not to mention after getting down the road and opening that sandwich is cold and the cheese was unmelted just ridiculous and it was first couple of minutes of the lunch run

We’ve had great experiences here at the Oakland Burger King lately. The staff, particularly JR, was very friendly and attentive to our special requests with how we wanted our food prepared. This Restaurant has improved dramatically in quality, cleanliness, and customer service since first opening up several years back. You all are doing a great job!

Never had bad experiences with this store( Oakland, TN) until today. I placed an order online my son went to pick it up and when he got home one of my burgers was missing and another one was messed up. I called to get it corrected and asked for his to be remade so he wasn’t eating a cold burger. When he got there they were very sarcastic and still left something out they didn’t replace his fries but dumped to orders of onion rings in the bag, yes dumped. RUDE VERY RUDE BURGER KING !!!!

I ordered dinner for my family, which was a whopper meal, a classic chicken sandwich, a kids burger meal, and a kids chicken nugget meal.
The chicken sandwich had mold on the bottom bun. The staff was very apologetic and made a new sandwich, but we declined the food.
Usually, we have wonderful service here, but we may not return after this.

Service is good. The curb at the window needs to go! Looks like countless others have ruined their front-end alignment on this curb. I a sign or signs would help. Anything to remind the driver, hey tnere is a curb here! Or just make the drive thru straight! Really surprised that nobody has come to you with an alignment bill.

This was a disaster. So we get there to have dinner on our way back home. We sat and waited for our food for about 15 mins. Mind you we were the only customers there at all. The lobby was closed. I asked for extra zesty sauce n they didn’t give us any at all. My chicken sandwich was soooo gross I couldn’t eat it. I assumed they made our food fresh bc of the wait we had but it looked n tastes like they got my chicken sandwich out the trash. U couldn’t pay me to go there again

Well after a failed attempt to order the BK Spicy Chicken Sandwich here is the outcome. First must say the staff was super friendly. Fries were piping hot and delicious. Missing a bit of salt but overall nice flavor. Now you the self acclaimed Spicy Chicken Sandwich. It looked good at first glance and even opened up it wasn’t a bad look.
First bite had a strange slightly sweet undertone. Could have been the mayo or bun but not sure. The chicken was tender and the breading wasn’t horrible. The sauce the breast was dipped in was likely the downer of the whole sandwich. It was a very mild sauce almost no flavor except a slight butter undertone. It was not designed for people who enjoy a kick of heat. Think the regular option may have been a better choice. Didn’t do the deluxe version and that too may have been better to add the freshness of a tomato and some lettuce.
In the Chicken Sandwich wars have to say this is one of my least favorite version. I had great expectations based on initial fanfare. For sure better than their original BK processed Chicken option. Not likely to try again except to see if traditional is better.
