Splendido delivered one of the top five fine dining experiences my family has ever enjoyed—an unforgettable symphony of flavors, service, and hospitality that left us in awe. From the first bite, the food exploded with dynamic, innovative tastes that had us eagerly anticipating each course. Standouts included the succulent pork chop, the richly marbled dry-aged cowboy ribeye, the delicate Dover sole, and the perfectly rendered duck—though honestly, every dish felt like a masterpiece, impossible to fault.
But what elevated this evening beyond the exceptional cuisine was the palpable pride and precision in every aspect of service. Check out the video I uploaded to see it firsthand: we were introduced by name to the head chef and the talented team crafting our meal right before our eyes. After dinner, the general manager personally checked in, his warmth and genuine care ensuring our night was nothing short of perfect. Our server, Anna, was the heart of it all—warm, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable, turning a meal into a cherished memory.
Seated right beside the open kitchen, we spent over two hours mesmerized by a team of poised, confident professionals executing exquisite cuisine with unwavering pride. As business owners ourselves, my wife and I found this behind-the-scenes mastery just as inspiring as the impeccable food. The finale? Divine apple dessert and ethereal soufflés that melted in our mouths, plus a highlight for my son: crafting cotton candy alongside the pastry chef.
The photos capture the magic, but words fall short—Splendido is a 10/10 triumph. We can’t recommend it highly enough. Thank you for an extraordinary evening!

WOW…. 5 star experience dining and service!!
Loved everything about this fabulous restaurant.
From the minute my husband and I drove up to the valet the attendant wished me a happy birthday.
And then walking in the hostess immediately greeted us and wished me a happy birthday as well.
She sat us at a nice intimate table by the chef’s kitchen overlooking the gorgeous Mountain View’s.
As we sat down and opened the menu the top of the menu was personally transcribed “Happy Birthday Izzy.” What an amazing touch as I have never seen such detail to making a customer feel so special!
I ordered the sea bass and I could see the chefs start to prepare it in the kitchen right away. It came out rather quickly and it was one of the most amazing meals I have ever had in my life! We also ordered both soufflés, the chocolate and lemon. And this is a must! The lemon was my favorite as they both came out piping hot and made the meal!
This place made me feel so special on my birthday!

Here’s a 5-star review based on your input:

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Spendido at the Chateau in Beaver Creek, and it was hands down the most amazing dinner we’ve ever enjoyed. From start to finish, every little detail of every dish was pure perfection—flavors that danced on the palate, presentation that was almost too beautiful to eat, and a level of creativity that left us in awe. This isn’t just fine dining; it’s an experience that elevates the senses.

The manager, Matt, was an absolute gem—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made us feel right at home while sharing insights that deepened our appreciation for the meal. Our server, Jared, was equally fantastic, attentive without being intrusive, and genuinely passionate about ensuring we had the best evening possible. The entire staff worked together seamlessly to create a top-notch experience that we’ll be talking about for years.

Spendido stands out as the best Michelin-starred restaurant we’ve ever dined at, and that’s saying something. If you’re looking for a night of culinary brilliance and impeccable service, this is the place. Five stars don’t even feel like enough— bravo!

We had an exceptional dining experience tonight. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the valet who promptly took care of our car. Our server was gracious and attentive, recommending the Colorado lamb rack and the dry-aged steak—both of which were cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. Even our two-year-old couldn’t get enough of the meats!

After dinner, we stepped into the front lobby to find our car waiting for us—what a seamless and thoughtful touch. While this restaurant is currently featured in the Michelin Guide, we truly believe our experience rivaled, if not exceeded, that of a Michelin-starred establishment.

We were too full to try dessert this time, but we’re already looking forward to coming back for more!

Incredible and hard to beat restaurant. Highly recommend the Berkshire pork chop and truffle risotto. Extensive wine list with a hefty price tag but worth it. The ambiance here is 11/10. It feels as though you’re dining in a castle. Top notch experience all around.

I love to give good reviews, but i could not. Food was good but not excellent. I had high expectations given the michelin6 recommendations. They had an excellent wine list, but couldn’t get the waiter’s attention to get it. He was rarely there and when he was, only asked my husband questions- and I was the one paying the check.
Atmosphere was not in keeping with a high quality restaurant.

Our reviews had over 56 million views in the last 12 months. We do not get paid we just love to eat and have fun. We really love Splendido At The Chateau. This some of the best food in Beaver Creek. You can dress casual or dress up. Lots of tables but always requires a reservation because it always sells out. It is connected to some of the most expensive and elegant private homes and condos in Beaver Creek. All of the food we had was spectacular. Check out all of our reviews and look at all the photos below. If we do not like it we do no review it so all of the ones you see are places that are fantastic. Follow us if you like. To start we suggest the Mushroom Potage, the Apple & Fig, and the Bison Carpaccio. All are just divine, melt in your mouth fantastic. Bread is served hot with a sweet salty butter we could not get enough of. Special app we had was the scallop ravioli which was a ten plus!!!! For dinner we had the Colorado Rack of Lamb and the Miller’s Chicken. Lamb was served rare as requested and was super juicy full of flavor and it was A LOT OF MEAT!!!! 4 full ribs. She had the Miller’s chicken which is cooked “brick” style and “Neapolitan” style. So top and bottom layers of white meat plus a darker center blend. We asked the waiter what was in the center blend and he said “horsemeat”. We could not believe it so we asked another waiter who said he doubted it. Ask our original waiter again and we all laughed when he said “Forced Meat”. Forced meat is when they take the dark meat, mix it with herbs and spices, and then force it through a press much like play dough so that they can make the final product in the shape of a brick. It was really lovely and we all had a laugh about “horse meat” which was not horse meat but was forced meat. Spectacular!!!! For dessert we had the Lemon Souffle which is one of the best in the world. Light, hot, like eating a sweet lemon cloud. Perfect. She had the apple pie and I had the chocolate croissant as well. Both were really good. The apple pie is a totally different presentation than you are used to but OMG is it good!!! Great service. Fun, funny waiters that really new their stuff. Explained every dish to perfection. This is truly one of the best places to eat in Vail or Beaver Creek area. Perfect on all accounts. Check out all of our reviews and look at all the photos below. Undoubtedly the finest restaurant in Beaver Creek. Amazing food combined with friendly and efficient service makes for a memorable experience. The wine list is excellent and is combined with knowledge sommeliers. The atmosphere is refined casual.

We have had several dishes over multiple visits and all have been excellent. The menu changes regularly. I highly recommend the swordfish au poivre, and the surprisingly bright and tasty California greens. I don’t think there is a bad dish, so you can’t really make a bad choice.

I want to thank the chefs, servers, and hosts at Splendido for the lovely birthday dinner.
For my first course, my steak tartare was delicious and paired well with the potato baked pavé. I also tasted my family’s appetizers, which were also amazing. The foie gras was especially excellent.
For my main course, my rack of lamb was perfectly fatty and a was a satisfactorily hearty size.

I only wish we were made aware of the time sensitive soufflé desserts before the end of dinner, as that sounded delicious.

The restaurant is beautiful, with even more beautiful views. The dining room was quiet and felt intimate even with other diners next to us at the other tables. As the evening progressed, it did seem that the servers were a bit stretched thin. Nevertheless, our server Jared was professional and described all the food with vivid details.

Again, thank you to the chefs and waitstaff for the excellent meal.
