I order from this location quite a bit and while most times it is fine…tonight the pizzas were VISIBLY smaller. I measured one of the 3 I ordered and my 12″ medium pizza was more like 10″. I measured the other 2 as well and they are pushing 11″ if you really take the furthest point and stretch it.
This is not ok. Come on Dominos….you are better than that, right?

What is this, would you eat this????? This is not even worth 1 star. Not only should you stay away from this dominos, but stay away from every restaurant in this entire shopping center where this dominos is located… the shopping center is north of Valor High School on University… i have given a bad review to almost every restaurant in there to where my family and i drive out of our way because they have all gotten so bad. Now we can add Dominos to that list. I dont want the pizza remade you botched this one, so why would you get the second one right? I dont want a credit for a future order why would i come get food here again knowing this is gonna be the quality control… GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK DOMINOS

Dominos Highlands Ranch.
Tonight we ordered pizza, salad, & wings. We ordered 3 Caesar salads & received only 2 with our delivery. When we called to let them know of the missing salad, they said that they only had 2, not 3. We requested a refund for the missing salad, but they said they could not issue a refund.
The 2 salads that we did receive were below par with a lot of bad lettuce in them. See picture attached.
Overcharged 1 Caesar salad.

Do NOT order from this location under Charlotte’s supervision!! We ordered thru the app, we received updates that the pizza would be delivered at X time, then 30 minutes after the posted delivery time we received yet another update saying it would be an additional 1 hour!! We called to see what was happening and got a young man blaming the app saying ‘this happens all the time’. We asked for a manager and got Charlotte, the ONLY thing she said was , “It’s really busy and we can’t CANCEL the order and refund your money”. No apology, no discount offered – two hours later – no dinner!! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Once you order, the tracker keeps delaying by 10 mins at a time.
Ordered at 6:30, at 7:30 tracker said another 1 hour. Cancelled the order. Shouln’t take 2 hours to make 3 pizzas.

I will never order from dominoes again I clearly said no mushrooms on the extravaganza Pizza and it showed up not in 30 minutes like promised it showed up 45 minutes later absolutely ice cold I threw the entire Pizza away I can’t eat mushrooms I will say though that the parmesan bites were very tasty. Ice spend $41 41 medium size pizza and one order of the small Parmesan bites and I will tell all of you the only thing worth eating was the parmesan bites I even ordered New York style crust and it came on a hand toss crust. except for the parmesan bites they got everything wrong.

Pizza is finally ready after over an hour after order, I get home and find they didn’t even make the right pizza. What a joke.

Just ordered when it said 34-44 mins for delivery and now at 55mins later and pizza is still not even in the oven. Just talked with the store and they said it isnt even in the oven. This store was doing so good for about the last year but seems like we are now forced to find other options again. Can’t trust online delivery time suggestions

I needed 26 pizzas and this team of Rockstars knocked it out for me!!! The manager Robert was was so curious and accommodating. As I waited I watched a great team work togetherto fill a ton of orders. At the end several employees helped me carry them to the my car. 5 star service THANK YOU!
