Great new spot at the brook casino. The entrees were ok. Apps and drinks were good. What really stands out is the atmosphere and decoration of this spot. Worth a stop to hang out in what feels like a stop for Jack Burton in big trouble in little china.

Late review, but I dined here for a late birthday lunch with my family last Sunday (3/1/26) and had Caitlin as our server. She was excellent, and very patient and attentive with my family who asks a lot of questions (seriously girl, thank you). The whole vibe is awesome, kung fu movies behind the host stand, the paintings, photos, tarot room (beautiful btw), the newspaper menus, mahjong tunnel to the dining area, and the neons- so pretty. The music did throw me off- like, why am i listening to the jackson 5 when the whole restaurant is themed and immersive? That’s why for atmosphere- it’s a 4/5 if you’re going to commit, commit!
Our food was excellent with a great presentation. However the portions were a lot smaller than a typical “family styled” servings. Understanding the vibe that they’re going for an (for lack of a better term) “elevated experience”. We ordered the brookie for dessert, and it was okay, a bit on the dry side.
Very happy that there’s a trader vic mai tai on the menu. Along with classic “tiki” cocktails like a singapore sling. I wish i had a chance to check out the rum selection, i’ll have to nerd out at the bar another time.
I want to reiterate that Caitlin and staff (shout out to the host- i’m so sorry i didn’t catch your name), thank you! I was dragged along and learned that my family didn’t have a reservation, we showed up to celebrate my mothers birthday, they gave me decorations and candles to pass along to you (being in the industry- I was mortified that we didnt give yall a heads up), and you all still rolled with it and killed it. We all had a great time and will definitely be back. Glad to see this kind of concept finally in NH. cheers!

The food was absolutely delicious! I had the Lo Mein with shrimp, chicken, and beef. The beef was cooked to perfection with just the right amount of pink and very tender. The white MiTi made by the bartender Nicole was amazing and served in a festive Halloween tiki pumpkin mug. All the Staff were friendly and personable. Hands down the place to dine at The Brook!

Be aware you may have to wait to get a table. They don’t open until later in the day (5p) and people usually get in line right around then. One time it was an hour wait…..
It’s part of Kowloon and you can see the influence.
We’ve been there a few times and have always been very happy with the food and drinks.
Of course you have to get something in the cute glasses (Mai Tai, etc)
The scallion pancakes are very crispy but a tad oily the night we got them.
The night market chicken was amazing! It was so crispy and still juicy with the perfect seasoning.
We definitely will be back when we go back to the Brook.

Been here a few times and always always the wait staff are exceptional. So interactive and personable. Nicole was our wait person this time, she was fantastic, very attentive. My husband threw out some one liners and she jumped right in.
The food is delicious, my fave is the egg rolls, this past visit they were different, still good, but I feel different from when they first opened. The shrimp was amazing. Edamame is the best I’ve ever had.
The drinks are tasty and fun. Fun glassware. Melissa , the manager, made her way over to our table to ensure we were having a good experience. She was engaging and helpful. I love when you walk in the restaurant you don’t even realize you’re in a casino. Environment is relaxing.

We had a party of 14 with reservation’s for the couches. We were greeted by Michael a very nice man. Once we were seated we realized what a challenge it was going to be for our elderly parents to eat from the couches. Michael the kind gentleman found a 2 top table and brought it over for our parents. Wow was I impressed by his willingness to make their experience the best it could be!
The food was excellent we ordered the pork fried rice, lo mein, pork spare ribs, egg rolls, ahi tuna, and they were all excellent!

This place is a 10 all around. Not only is the food insanely delicious, it is such a cool vibe! A special shout out to the staff for being so lovely as well! From the second we were greeted to our goodbyes, everyone we came in contact was so nice and personable. Our server was amazing and Michael who assisted her was wonderful!
