First amd foremost, the staff was a complete joy during my stay. Daniel, Jennifer, and Sharon were friendly, knowledgeable about the area and the foods here, and very responsive.
Morning coffee with them was such a relaxing way to start a busy day. Lunch was superb! You will not go wrong having a meal at the hotel!

This small restaurant offers excellent value for the money if you are looking for a quiet location for a social or business lunch and do not want to be rushed. The food is good quality and consistent. Don’t expect to be bowled over, though. The coffee has improved noticeably since my last visit a few months ago. The service is reasonably attentive but not overweening. If all tables are full, it can slow down, but not terribly.

The food was good. The extra charges not so much. We were hit with two automatic fees… one for a $8 gratuity(20%) and another $8 service fee. i was fine with the 20% gratuity but the extra $8 service fee was ridiculous and all fees combined added up to a 40% gratuity on a 2 person table.

Very good service and lovely atmosphere. I got the salmon,onion, and cream cheese bagel and the portions were perfect, they did not skimp out on the salmon. The salmon was a bit salty though.

I feel like I have to share my feedback to help anyone that considers reviews before making a decision on where to eat. The food was THE WORST. We ordered an appetizer (hummus) and entrees (ramen) and there was ZERO taste to the point where we couldn’t force ourselves to eat the food. Our service was okay, although she didn’t notice we barely touched the food. We paid for it since we ordered it but I would NEVER eat there again. If you are considering anywhere else…. pay for the Uber and go there. Hotel was nice so this is only a reflection of the dinner. 🙁

Every meal absolutely delicious. Service was prompt, thoughtful and pleasant. We could not have thought more highly than we did of the staff. Our service was impeccable and engaging. This restaurant enhanced our stay.

This restaurant is a good place for food but the service is terrible. My friends and I spent more than an hour for two dishes (risotto and half pork half chicken), while there were just a few tables of customers during the time. People around us at the restaurant including some came later than us were having food but we were told by the waitress that “your food will be delayed” without giving any reasons. So we just sat there for an hour served with some bread and saw everyone in the restaurant leaving.
One more thing add, the waitress also made a wrong order of a dish which costs around 8 dollars more. (We just paid and left)
Sincere suggestion: Never come to this place if you do not expect at least 60 minutes wait without reasons from them.
