every time i order here, y’all always screw up something. PLEASE cut our sandwich’s in half. like i get y’all lazy and prob hate ur job but COME ON. and stop forgetting about my sides. chips, cookie, pickle, etc… Y’ALL ALWAYS FORGET AND I PAY EXTRA FOR THAT. this is why i tip under 15%. you guys just do not care and that’s why y’all have 3.2 stars.

Absolutely terrible service. It’s been over an hour and I’m still waiting for my food to be delivered. I live only a couple miles down the road. Also, when I called, I didn’t get an apology or anything. All I received was, “ya, we only have one delivery driver.” So basically, now I’m going to get sandwiches that have been sitting in a car for 45 minutes on the way over here…great. Glad I tipped 20%. Won’t be doing that again.

I love Jimmy John’s so much! I absolutely love the vibe, the humorous decor, the music & of course the food.
The sandwiches are always made fresh to order. I have never had a had sandwiche here. I also love the pickles & cookie. The pickles can be sliced to your liking upon request & so can the sandwiches.
My favorite sandwiches to get is the number 9! And honestly they’re big enough to share with a friend.
The staff is always super friendly & helpful.

The bread was so over baked it was pretty much inedible. I have given up on calling since our last order was missing part of our order when I called about it, they said oh the driver is on the way! When I called to inquire a few days later since they never returned with the missing food they said our account would be credited…so you have my credit card info from a week ago? Probably not

I recently visited Jimmy John’s in cottage grove and let’s just say I was thoroughly impressed. The sandwiches were incredibly fresh and delicious, with fresh ingredients that made every last bite enjoyable. There was this pleasant young man named Jake who helped me decide what to order with a large smile. The restaurant was also very clean and well-maintained, creating a rather pleasant dining atmosphere. Whether you’re in a rush or just craving a tasty sandwich, Jimmy John’s is the place to go. Highly recommend!!!

Jimmy John’s has been on a slow and steady decline for getting reasonably priced subs that don’t leave you needing more. They are expensive for what you get, which seems to be pretty slim at best, and the costs keep going up.
For their prices, I’d pay a little more to get Jersey Mike’s and leave with enough food for now and leftovers for later

Today is the 5th time we have waited for our sandwiches to be delivered longer then 45 minutes.. id be better off ordering doordash from Woodbury Jimmy John’s rather then directly through the app to the cottage Grove store.
Also tried to call the store 9 times with no answer..
