I try not to write negative reviews but this is literally the 5th time this dunkin has gotten my drink wrong. If you ask them to remake it they give you a dirty look and if you ask for a refund they tell you they can’t give refunds. I’ve never had this experience at any other location, it’s always this one.

Only Dunkin I’ve been in that didn’t offer hot tea. Man at the counter was rude about it too. What’s so horrible about a tea bag and hot water? It’s even more profitable than coffee because of the much lower food cost. Seriously considered walking out, but I was only in this shopping center because the eye doctor where my friend was having cataract surgery is in the same strip, Dunkin was the only food in the strip open this early, and I don’t know the area at all. Hash browns were a bit soggy and portion disappointingly small for price. Won’t be back, when my friend has his other eye done I know to eat before I leave home or bring my own food.

RUDE RUDE RUDE! “Manager” stated to come in for refund only to say that they wouldn’t refund me for charging me twice. I should’ve reported the fraudulent charge as the manager stated its a known issue. Buyer beware

Its quick, easy, close to my house & the one woman who works there is one of the most beautiful women I’ve ever seen. Now if I could only get the courage to talk to her beside saying hi & giving her my order.

Since movie to the area, I find that the women that work in the morning are extremely good at their job! My regular dd is starting to lose luster, and lead me to find this place. My only wish is that they were open earlier during the week, as I have to be at work at 5.

I would have given a 0 if I could. Donuts be stale at this location. When I brought it to the cashier attention, they got very mad and became argumentative with me. All I wanted was some fresh donuts. But since they didn’t wanna give me the fresh donuts, I requested my money back. They wasn’t trying to give me my money back neither. I don’t shop at Dunkin’ Donuts
