This Arby’s is absolute garbage. Had a bad experience last week with missing food from a Door Dash order. Not door dash fault (we called). Tried again tonight and chicken not fully cooked. This location is gonna get someone seriously sick avoid!!!!!

I’ve been to this Arby’s once a week or so since they’ve opened and have Potato Cakes back. It is better that West Center and wayyyy better than the on on I-80. New building is nice and clean, feels like they actually care here. Order on the app on advance and almost on waiting at all in the drive thru.

Stopped by the Arby’s in Gretna around 8:30 and had such a great experience in the drive-thru. A young guy named Cooper was working—super polite, thorough, and just all-around a really nice kid. He double-checked our order, made sure we had sauces, and even mentioned the survey at the bottom of the receipt. You don’t always get that kind of customer service these days, so it definitely stood out. Great job, Cooper!

When someone pulls into your drive-thru, even if you’re not able to help them you acknowledge that you are there. I sat there with no response, nothing, in your drive-thru. I said hello multiple times and you ignored me, I asked if anyone was there and you ignored me, this is not how to run a business, whoever was in charge on the night of 7 May 2025 at 8:30 should be fired. That is some of the absolute worst service imaginable, you don’t do that to people.

I like Arby’s and the food they provide, but this location was significantly understaffed when I went, and ended up getting our order long after we ordered. The person behind me got their food before me. If management sees this please add people to the shifts.

I was super excited about how nice the staff was when I came through the drive through. I even donated a dollar when they asked. Then I got my order and I was missing some food. Also the food I did get was crushed and didn’t look very appetizing. I was so disappointed.
