Ordered a chicken bacon salad in store and had them add spinach at that which they charge more for. I get home right now and open it up and all it had in it was chicken, lettuce, carrots, spinach, and cabbage. I honestly was going to let it go after that. I decided to look at my receipt as I prepared my salad and realized I was charged for a chicken cesar salad and was like this doesnt even have cheese in it either. So I call them and ask the girl on the phone if they can remake my salad not only was it not made right the 1st time in store but now you charged me for a salad that dont even have the cheese in it. The girl on the phone tells me you have to bring me back the salad and receipt today. Mind you I dont even live in your town. I told her I can come back another day and she said you still have to bring back the salad and receipt. Im sorry but I used to be a manager in fast food for 12 years this is not the way you make things right with a customer. Therefore I will no longer be going out of my way to come to your store now in the future.

went there last night there was four women working and it was about 6:30 p.m. on December 4th 2025 that was the best crew and shift there was so helpful so much great customer service going on on that shift I was so happy to be there and I will definitely be recommending other people go there and the pizza was made perfect One of the best experiences I’ve had at Papa Murphy’s thank you ladies

Ordered the chicken garlic specialty pizza, the only special thing was the plastic wrap that nicely covered the pizza. The white pizza sauce was very bland, the dough was dry and cardboard tasting, overall terrible pizza. I have had better tasting frozen pizza. Would definitely not recommend this place.

Was told over the phone that is was a 25-30 minute wait. Showed up 40+ minutes later and it still wasn’t ready. Told them that never have I ever seen so few pepperoni’s on a one topping pizza. Had another customer with the same complaint reinforcing the fact that they normally do put significantly more pepperoni. Staff refused and said if I wanted more pepperoni, I would need to pay extra for extra toppings as they are privately owned and were told by the owner to only put the pictured amount. Have been a customer there since they came to town. Today was the last day.

Pizza was great, called my order in and they said 30 min, waited 3 min and drove to the location. Pizza was not even started and all kinds of excuses were made. Hopefully there customer service will pick up.

Pizza is very good and priced quite nicely. Plenty of toppings and easy to cook. I do take mine off the paper cook sheet halfway through because I like the crust a bit more crisp.
