So good! Fresh sushi, generous portions, and really kind staff. Everything we ordered was delicious. Definitely our new go-to sushi place.

Just moved to the area and was so impressed with everything. They served us a free holiday roll and it was amazing we ended up ordering the roll again while we were there. They are super kind and we love it. This is our new sushi spot and we will definitely be going back regularly.

This is a win y’all!! Totally amazing! A few things that hit the mark for me! First, atmosphere is really pretty and place is super clean. Second, food was amazing!! I got the chicken hibachi .. see my pics to see the portion size and what’s included on n this lunch portion. Wow ! Last, and super important, is the price. This lunch special cost me 10.50 plus tax and tip. Big win for quality for a great price. I will definitely be back!

Disappointing Experience with Unacceptable Food Quality and Poor Management
I recently dined at Fancy Sushi & Grill with high expectations, given its reputation. While the initial service from the waitstaff was commendable, the experience took a sharp downturn upon receiving our food. The sushi rolls we ordered had a noticeable off-putting odor, reminiscent of fish that had been improperly stored for days. Unfortunately, I did not detect this until taking a bite, which I promptly had to spit out due to the unmistakably spoiled taste.
Concerned, I politely requested to speak with the manager to address the issue. Regrettably, the manager’s response was far from professional. Upon arriving at our table, he displayed an immediate attitude, which set a confrontational tone. I calmly invited him to smell the food to verify my concern, but instead of addressing the issue with care, he abruptly snatched the plate from the table. To my dismay, the check was then presented, still including charges for the two spoiled rolls—one of which was completely untouched.
When I questioned the inclusion of these items on the bill, explaining that I should not be charged for inedible food, the manager’s response was dismissive and accusatory, implying that I was trying to get the food “for free.” I clarified that this was not the case, as the uneaten rolls were returned to the kitchen, and offered to pay for the single bite taken from one roll, despite its poor quality. The manager reluctantly removed the charges after nearly ten minutes of unnecessary and uncomfortable debate at our table.
This experience was deeply disappointing. The combination of substandard food quality, unprofessional management, and poor customer service reflects poorly on the establishment. While we were happy to pay for the rest of our meal, the handling of this situation was unacceptable. I strongly urge potential diners to exercise caution when considering Fancy Sushi & Grill, as this experience fell far short of basic expectations for a reputable sushi restaurant.

I had the food delivered and this sushi is a joke. It is TINY. I have never seen rolls this small in my life. The Philly rolls didn’t have avocado in them. It was just cream cheese and mystery fish. It sure as hell wasn’t salmon like it was supposed to be. The California roll had the tiniest piece of crab in it. The fried rice barely had any egg and no vegetables in it. It’s like people who have no idea how any of these dishes are made are preparing the food and are pinching every penny on the ingredients. Avoid this place unless you want the cheapest version of Japanese food that your hard earned money can buy. It’s bland and just plain disappointing. SUPER disappointed. Never again.
I WILL give them credit for their wasabi though. It was very potent. I my was the only thing that I liked.

Let me start by saying the food was delicious and the atmosphere was really nice. The service itself was speedy. But let me explain why I am leaving 3 stars and not 5 and why I’m rating service at a 1.
Gloves… our server had the same gloves on for everything.. cleaning the tables, taking our orders, clearing dirty dishes, pushing trash down in the trash bin, and even eating her own food with the same gloves. Gloves are to protect the food from people’s hands, not to protect one’s hand from the food. Please practice proper glove etiquette by washing in between glove use and changing in between functions.
When our food came, she still had gloves that were wet from the table she was cleaning. Though the food was delicious. I’m not sure I’ll return if the front of the house glove use is terrible, I can’t imagine the back of the house.

This was one of the best sushi places I have to been in a long time. The quality of the fish and the care taken with plating our boat was highly appreciated. I had a wonderful time at dinner since the establishment itself was clean, orderly, and our waitress was quite attentive. I will for sure be back to try some of the fried rolls as the fresh fish was delicious and I stuffed my face too much to try anything else. The clear soup is very yummy here too.

So good! All of the sushi was fresh and served beautifully. More fish than rice is always a bonus! Soup was served hot, salad was served cold and crisp. Great ginger dressing! Hibachi was hot and delicious. Full of flavor. Service was wonderful. Octopus was amazing. We will be back!

I have been to this place twice now and asked them every time if my Volcano roll should be baked on top. As you can see in the picture, there’s no way in hell, this thing is baked, and there’s no Eel sauce on top. To include, I asked for a spicy tuna roll with no crunch. They give me a tuna roll with chunks of tuna. I’ve never seen such a thing. Usually a spicy tuna roll is all mashed up together and it’s not very appealing to eat. I will not be going to this place ever again. I’ve tried to give them another chance but they failed again. It was my mistake not to check it before I.Left as I ordered when I got there and came back and picked it up. I’m a business owner myself, and I take pride in Having satisfied customers and I don’t make it a point to lie to them if they ask me how a a certain item is made and then give it to them and it’s not made as I stated. Don’t waste your time and money with this place. There’s a lot better sushi places in the area. My suggestion is going to philip sushi, which is not far from this sushi place and is much much better and you don’t get lied to. Good luck…..
