Wow…we had an exceptional meal here. Started with the crab cakes and deviled eggs which were both delicious and perfectly presented. The crab cakes have a delicious sauce with them and the bacon jam on the deviled eggs is the unexpected treat that makes these eggs special. We had the short ribs with polenta and the chicken jambalaya for our dinners. Both were delicious and generous portions. We added the fries with rosemary, garlic and parmesan cheese for a side and they were delicious. For dessert we had the praline cake which was the perfect end to the meal. If you like old fashions they make an excellent old fashion here. The decor of the restaurant is very nice and gives it an upscale feel. A great addition to the Goodyear area.

We had a dinner reservation for NYE. The restaurant is beautiful. The food was not great, but good. The problem is the service. We waited 30-40 minutes for our drinks and refills, 1.5 hours before our appetizer was served, and 2.5 hours altogether for our 3 course meal. There were only a few staff that were working with any urgency and that was definitely not our server. I honestly believe this was the worst service of my lifetime. We will never return.

Great vibes. Praline dessert is ridiculously good. Scallops had an amazing char, some of the best I’ve had. Fish and chips was out of this world. We had fish and chips and almost every state a few of the countries and this was in the top three for sure. Crabcakes are amazing along with the fried pickles

Had a excellent time and dinner celebrating a family members birthday here. The deviled eggs were delicious, pork belly tacos were so soft and melt in your mouth, and the greens were definitely seasoned. Prices are very fair and portions are big.

Had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich (pictured). It was hot and fresh but not spicy at all and very dry. The fries were great. My wife had the Mahi mahi tacos. They were very small and didn’t have a time of flavor.

Brunch was excellent and is having my wife and I return for dinner soon and keeping this place on our weekend brunch rotation list! Highly recommend the pork belly tacos! The crispy potatoes served with it were a perfect pairing and just the right amount of buttery garlic to them. The Beignets were the only downside, very yeast heavy and thick like a biscuit, not very airy or fluffy. The bourbon glaze with it too did not have a lot of the alcohol burned off so it conflicted with the sweetness and the heavy yeast flavor. Maybe it needs honey or a lighter syrup, and made in a smaller size for dipping?

On the hunt for a place we’d not tried before and happened upon Copper & Sage. I’d seen it before when nearby so we stopped in. It was late Monday afternoon and upon entry we were asked if we had a reservation. Of course we didn’t but luckily they could set us. This quickly told me two things; it gets busy and it was a bit more upscale than your typical lunch spot. It was beautiful inside. A bit of a masculine feel with of course feminine touches. I loved the dark wall with the gold accents. The booths were cozy and I liked the walls were higher to have a more private feel while enjoying our meal. They have a full bar with so many options. Whiskeys, beer, cocktails you name it. Happy hour prices were great of wanting to enjoy some small bites/drinks etc. our server Jordan was wonderful and very attentive. He had some great recommendations. I am typically not a chicken sandwich person ( especially fried), but I took his advice and tried the Nashville Hot Sandwich, my husband chose the burger., Both came with fries. Our food was out shortly and played well. I loved the chicken sandwich and to my amazement I ate the entire thing Ha! The fries for me were not my favorite and felt like they had a bit of a rubbery and overcooked texture. Flavor decent though. Unfortunately my husband was underwhelmed with his meal. He disliked the sauce on the burger saying it was overpowering the actual burger. He also did not eat the fries.. I’d say if you’re looking for a more elevated meal a bit more upscale I’d say this would make a great date night. This area does get busy, but parking is typically easy with the nearby parking garage, if come again maybe with a friend as my husband said it just wasn’t his vibe.

This food is…overpriced. How dare you charge $26 for shrimp and grits and it has no flavor, no signature, nothing that makes the dish cohesive and amazing. The fish and chips were battered, but also flavorless. The deviled eggs were a choice. The only good thing was my daughter’s grilled cheese. Well done. I am happy to fork out money for fantastic food. However, this place had no business being so packed. People must think it’s just a status symbol to eat here. No thanks. Fool me once, shame on me.

My husband and I go on a date every Friday night. Tonight we came here.
He ordered the French dip and I ordered Tagliatelle. He was slightly irritated that his sandwich came in such an odd way that he had to remove the wooden stick to dip the sandwich in the sauce but in doing so half the sandwich almost fell out. It’s hard to describe.
My Tagliatelle was good but it had red pepper flakes and that’s fine but they weren’t really spread throughout, it was more like a garnish.. so some bites had a blast of red pepper flakes and some didn’t. I did really like the Kale that was cooked into it.
We always get a dessert for our babysitter and normally I don’t eat any of it but tonight I got the French Market Beignets and when we got home I told her what I got her but said there were three and I wanted to try one. We sat and ate them together, I had one, she had two. We both LOVED them. They were $11 which my husband said is too much for some dough but I thought they were very much worth it.
Our food with tip, taxes, two meals and dessert no drinks because we just had water was about $73
