Lovely place to eat. The QR system makes it very convenient to order. The staff are also super friendly and remembered us when we came back. We had the gnocci with extra chicken and the cheese pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni. The food is amazing.

Viva Italian Restaurant was such a great experience! The food was amazing fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked and the drinks were mixed to perfection. The decor is so cute and stylish, creating the perfect cozy but lively vibe for a night out.
And shoutout to bartender MARY WOW! I HAD TO CALL BACK TO GET HER NAME!! Her service, personality, and attention to detail really made the night special. She truly knows how to make guests feel welcome. This is definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!

Food was amazing! The manager Anna was very friendly and welcoming ! This place is 10/10! The little robot was so cute as well! The bar area is very pretty! I love how extensive the liquor selection is! Thank you so much for having us we will be returning!

Absolutely gorgeous restaurant, food, and atmosphere. The team at Viva have really turned this place around. Those of us from the area had grown used to missed openings, poor service, and swift closings. Viva has all the ingredients for success! At around 6:30, the restaurant was perfectly full, with a few tables open for diners like my family of 3. We took our own seats and used the incredibly convenient QR Code ordering system, creating a tab for all of our food/drinks. From there, we got our complimentary water, drinks, appetizers, and entree all in the matter of time it took for us to pick from the delicious options! Throughout the whole dining experience, we only needed human assistance twice, for which we had a call button at the table. Once to get silverware and the other to ask for our food to be served warmer. They swiftly reached the table and reheated our entrees.
From start to finish, service was incredibly quick. Food was delicious. Atmosphere was infectious. We ended up with a $150 bill for 3 adults. That included 3 drinks, 2 appetizers, 2 entrees and a dessert.. As usual, the drinks were a significant proportion of the final bill. All of our items were meat-free since we are vegetarian.
Will certainly be coming back for more. Congratuations to the Viva team—so great that we are now neighbors!

Been waiting for a place to come in that has a great vibe and great food ! My husband can be picky with his Italian food and when he saw that they had chicken franchaise he was adamant we would need to check it out !
Parking is good so if driving not a long walk , we’re lucky that in the summer we will be able to walk and dine !
Atmosphere is great good selection of seating that’s comfy and music is the perfect not to loud but nice and uplifting !
Ordering was super easy , and the robots delivery was and cute ! Excited for a birthday meal and to have it sing to me in the future ,
The selection and quality of food was excellent ! Highly reccomend checking out and looking forward to exploring the menu more !

So happy this place opened in my neighborhood! I’ve already been here 3 times and can’t wait to go back again. Friendly staff, yummy food, and love the robot idea it’s so fun to watch. Beautiful space. Can’t wait to try the pizza, the subs, and some other desserts. Would love to see a weekend brunch in the future once things are more settled.

We decided to visit this restaurant for our Friday after work wind down happy hour(HCPSS educators). Not again! Your totally on your own here. I’m sure they could tell that we were new to the restaurant yet no one came to assist us at the table. The font on the menu on your phone was very light and small so be prepared to squint!!! Now the kicker, a woman came to our table and took our water glasses. I stopped her after she stacked three of them and told her we’re still drinking water. She left the water glasses stacked on our table. I told her we’re not going to use them after she used her thumb and finger to pick up the glasses. Oddly she never said a word, just walked away. We took glasses from another table. We had no problem with the food, the pistachio pizza was excellent.

Visiting from Washington State, we love our coffee as much as our brick oven pizza that being said the pizza is fantastic, the service is unique incorporating a little robot that will deliver your food, innovative. The restaurant still has a staff that will tend to your every need. Anna Marie is the best. Wish we had more time to try everything thing on the menu, which is not overwhelming. Usually the more choices on a menu means the restaurant is not good with anything. I wish the Italian owner good ventures into the future, please maintain above quality ingredients. One more thing, good family environment and will not cost a small fortune. Hope this helps, Go Hawks!
