First time there, great experience! Food was delicious, they had great special fall cocktail options, the fall sangria was amazing! Ahi tuna was cooked perfectly served with wasabi dressing, prime rib was tender and cooked perfectly with seasoned vegetables. Tables were spaced nicely so didn’t feel crowded at all – Covid safe feeling. We will definitely visit again.

If you are looking a really good meal in Trumbull this is it. The place was tucked away and would never have found it or noticed it if it wasn’t for google maps but great find.
The appetizers were good we good the asparagus wrapped prosciutto and fries. I had the filet which was a bit pricey but the portion for a filet was huge and wasn’t just size but quality very tasty meat cooked perfectly. Oh man the desert, we couldn’t decide because they had my three favorite peanut butter pie, key lime pie, and COOKIES. The cookies were fantastic, so simple I wish other places just offered this simple desert treat.
The atmosphere was perfect, not to quiet or load and nicely themed. The service was perfect as we didn’t even realize they were there and were able to just enjoy.
Highly recommend Parker for your next night out.

Not all restaurants need to have giant portions. Parker has a delicious menu of small plates, sandwiches and dinners. Not a crowded menu, and what is on it is made very well. Basic comfort items like a pile of fries up to stuffed shrimp pasta specials. Moderate cost but worth it.

Great food, great presentation, great staff. Not just steak and scotch, but, well, that’s what I got. Better than expected for Trumbull center, but not as intimate as I was looking for. Bar section and dining room. The picture is the 40oz porterhouse off the bone with A1 butter on the side, rare. Designed for two, eaten by one. 🙂

Although the food was good, I don’t think it was $60 ribeye good. Service was okay, as we only heard about that nights specials, being told to another table after we had placed our order. Water came out same time as our apps. Prime rib was fantastic though and it was a beast. Surprisingly not crowded on a Saturday night, is don’t know if that is good it bad. I am on the fence about going back.

Good place for a nice dinner. Space was a tight fit and the rooms are loud. However, the steaks are well worth the price and service was excellent.

We had a larger group at last minute and the had no issues taking us (I called a couple hours ahead and warned them). Food was good. Starters tiny and over priced but good. Mains were all good. Service was unusually distracted and it wasn’t busy so they lost at least a couple hundred in bar sales with our large group. Server was super friendly. Just absent much of the time

Our server Julia was phenomenal. She took great care of us always checked in and had great conversation. She was so attentive and recommended the best meal. The drinks were watered down.
