My family wanted to try something new today so we decided to get a vegetarian pizza. We ordered and got our pizza with little wait. The environment was very clean and nice to be in. When we ate our pizza, we were actually amazed to see how good it really tasted. Definitely getting this again next time, and it will be from this place!

Ordered just one pizza for my husband and I around 8:30 on a Saturday night (8/21).. and I didn’t have high expectations with it being such a small order and late in the evening. To my surprise, it was delivered within 30 minutes and it was THE best pizza delivery we’ve ever had. Pizza was hot, cheese still melty and stuffed crust was perfect . Definitely ordering here from now on!

After calling in my order, and waiting the specified time, I arrived for pick up. After the door alarm, I waited 11 minutes for someone to walk to the front. There were others waiting as well. I’ll give a 2 because the wings were good. Customer service could be improved.

This is the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever ordered from. We moved to the area about two years ago and ordered from this location a couple of times and always had issues with our order. Examples being items or topping forgotten. This past Saturday, my husband was really in the mood for pizza and talked me into trying Pizza Hut again because it used to be his favorite. Low and behold, when we ordered the big dinner box both pizzas were missing the pesto drizzle. Additionally, the “Caramelized onions” aren’t actually caramelized onions and have a strange seasoning on them that makes them orange. My pizza tasted off, and I didn’t even finish my first slice in fear of getting food poisoning.

The night time manager that works on Thursday and Friday nights is amazing! When my family and I used to get Pizza Hut, it was super hit or miss. So, we would go to different places and then decided to try Pizza Hut out again and ever since that delicious pizza, we’ve made it our weekly thing to go to Pizza Hut and get our pizzas, and EVERY time the pizza is amazing! Always super hot and fresh. The sauce, cheese and toppings are perfect! Seriously, the quality is superb and the customer service is amazing as well. I can’t remember the managers name but he always comes out promptly, the pizza is ready right on time and he is very courteous. Very happy customer and a big thank you to the whole staff as well, they are awesome! I’m sure you think I’m being over the top about pizza but it’s been a nice way to get my family together and it’s a delicious treat to look forward to at the end of my week.

Had the worst experience trying to simply order 1 pizza while i was at work, i called the closest pizzahut and they told me i had to order from the Anderson road one, and as long as i ordered before they close at 11pm i was good.
So i called Anderson rd, at 10:25pm, they put me on hold, FOR 30+ MINUTES, i felt like they were ignoring me so they could wait until it was too late to take my order so i ordered online, it got canceled, i called back and was routed to a call center, finally placed my order, i got a call a minute later at 10:55pm from the manager at Anderson road saying that they had to cancel more order because it was too late, that everyone had already left and he was locking the door right then. AT 10:55PM!!! That means they put me on hold while they closed everything down, cleaned everything up and all clocked out and left before they were even supposed to stop taking orders, theres a reason why Pizza Hut is open till 11pm, NOT 10:30PM!!
Now sure, its not ideal to order 35 minutes before closing, but its even less ideal as a customer to be told a place is still open, only to be intentionally ignored so they didnt have to make 1 more pizza, the employees and manager were so eager to leave. Also, while making this complaint to the manager he hung up on me. This was on Feb 26th at 10:55pm at the Anderson Rd Pizza hut in Tampa. Unprofessional establishment, and an unprofessional Manager, too eager to go home than to stay open as long as they are supposed to. Again, even after waiting on hold for 30 minutes i still placed my order before they closed and they still canceled it. The orginal pizza hut on Hillsborough felt bad for me and hooked me up, his name is Sorren and he will be getting a good review, unlike this establishment

I ordered pizza for my Dr’s office for a Christmas lunch. I ordered a Large Cheese and Large Pepperoni and told them the date a week ahead, thinking it was enough time? The pizza cost me almost $50, which I thought was high but don’t get Pizza Hut so just paid and left it at that. The pizza was supposed to be there at 1145 and I called the Dr office at noon to see if it was delivered…..it wasn’t! I called the Pizza Hut and a Manger said the guy was running late and doesn’t understand much English? It finally arrived at around 1220 and by now I was upset and called back and the manager said he could take $15 off. I agreed as I was calling corporate office to complain. I found out it’s extremely hard getting hold off someone to complain to. I called a different Pizza Hut and explained everything and he told me the reason it was so high was because no coupons were added and there was a special going and should have been included. He also said he was going to give my name and number to a manager who might might be able to help? I also called the original Pizza Hut back and a different manager said he was going to comp the order but my bank account still shows I paid $18 for the order. I’m not real happy about this and if anyone from Pizza Hut reads this…..an answer would be nice. The Pizza Hut is closet to Sheldon Road in Tampa, Fl

The few times I’ve gone in the last couple years, I’ve been more disappointed than I was the prior time. People….check your orders before you leave! I wish I had. I walked over on my birthday to get a pizza and wings for my kids and somehow they managed to screw up both wing orders! Sadly I didn’t realize until we walked all the way home and got our plates out to eat. They put a dry rub on the breaded boneless wings and barbecue sauce on the traditional so I ended up having nothing to eat. I didn’t feel like walking back in the hot sun for them to fix their error. It was mostly a surprise they’d think someone would want just spices on plain breaded wings. They didn’t even look right. I don’t think I’ll be back. They don’t even make most of the things we used to order regularly so we haven’t been visiting it much as it was anyway. Buyer beware as they say.
