Went through the drive through, lady left us at the drive through after attempting to take our order (we asked her to read it back because we ordered a meal and she didnt ask what drink so we knew she had it wrong), had to CALL the store to get someone to answer and take the order. Ordered two large meals but they didnt give us large anything (even though she confirmed large over the speaker), didnt give us a receipt and messed up our order. Management needs to hire better.

Have lived nearby for years and always give them a chance every few mmonths yet they always mess it up. Had a mobile order 15-20 mins ahead of time (only two drinks), sat in the stall for 30 mins waiting, watching as they served everyone else in the drive through and inside and even one other parked car that ordered food instead of getting my order to me. They then gave me the wrong order. They said they had two people working, when I could clearly see 3 or 4 employees. Always some issue or rudeness and I see the response oh contact management and call so and so like fix the issues instead of responding to everybody with the same copy and paste response.

Got a large order of chili cheese tots and got the smallest amount of chili… like barely covered two or three tots… definitely not prepared properly it looked like it was the last little bit that they scraped together, and the chili that was on the tots was burnt like it had been reheated.

18 minutes to get my food, not at rush hour. Burgers tasted like they had sat awhile and the chicken tender in the wrap had some hard spots.

This place is horrible the food is never fresh and the workers lie they all need to be fired if a customer requests Fresh food the workers should not be lazy to do there job and cook it fresh I ordered taters tots they gave me ones that look like they had been sitting all day long they need to ask there selves would they give that to there mom or kids or anyone in there family and I ordered 3 chicken wraps that I requested fresh but instead they gave them straight out the microwave chicken looked like it had been re warmed in microwave lettuce and tomatoes looked like they had been cooked also if anything happens to me just know I will be filing a lawsuit against the company any person in there right Ming knows u cannot put tomatoes or lettuce in the microwave did not find this out until I got home it was raining and I tried calling this location twice but no one answered

I live very close and I’m so disappointed. First off I ordered the number 2 and got a single burger and it tasted burnt. Did not have time to run back by after getting to work. Also I ordered onions rings instead of fries/tots and omg burned to a crisp. Then finally my upgraded route 44 diet sprite wasn’t even full. I paid almost $16 for lunch and this is what I got! Very disappointed!!!

Today i stopped by Sonic to get a Chicken sandwich and when i took a bite i found that there was nothing but dry skin . I opened up my sandwich and there was nothing but skinand no chicken . So they charged me $4.69 for skin and bread… please check your food before you leave this location
