Unprofessional management with years of ongoing issues and no visible improvement. After nearly a decade, it’s clear there’s a lack of accountability and leadership. The reliance on very young staff is telling any experienced adult would immediately question how this location is being run.

Went there at 11am expecting to get fresh food
Ordered a 6 piece basket, got 5 pieces of chicken . Two of them which were half the size of the others . Pic for reference of the regular size vs one of the little ones. My fries were literally not hot at all and tasted like they were from the day before which I don’t understand how bc I got there when they opened and waited 15 minutes to receive my food thinking they were making everything fresh since it was early . Disappointing.

Was waiting on my pick up order. Lady at the register had friends there in the way the whole time. The lady then proceeded to give me a dirty look and throw up a hand, I watched her do it so she decided to grab someone else to see what we needed help with. Waiting 15 minutes after what the pick up time was, got home and food was cold and was shorted on some chicken tenders. Why are we letting kids run a food joint with out adult supervision?

This is the best dairy queen location. Sometimes it’s slow, but I always know my order will be correct and the food will be on par. However we switched to placing our order via the app and no longer run into any issues with a wait. We will forever be switching to this location for future orders.

The hot fudge sundae was good. On the downside, they were out of pecans on a Saturday! There was quite a bit of trash in the parking lot and the grass area around the building. The concrete entry apron and the outdoor trash can were both dirty. The glass door could use a good cleaning.

Pulled up to drive through tonight. Lady (kid) told me that it would be a minute. I sat in line for over 10 minutes with nobody in front or behind me. a younger kid drove around me parked and walked towards front of building. I eventually grew impatient and drove away. As I’m driving away the kid that pulled around and parked, and the kid working we’re just chatting away in drive through. Not a care in the world as I drive away they acknowledged but went right back to talking. Blatant disrespect, not professional at all. I decided to take my money to Jay C instead.

Dairy Queen suites are always good but I just found out they have really good food lol. Just look at this giant burger. This triple burger, bacon, ranch, fresh melted cheese, mouthful of goodness. Very, very impressed. I’m a huge burger lover in this beats the Dave’s triple from Wendy’s.

Update: Past couple times my husband and I have come to this DQ it’s been a major improvement.
Ice cream is less melted. Every time they see our dog in the car, they offer us a pup cup. No other Dairy Queen’s that we go to do this anymore. Got a nutter butter shake today, filled above the brim, thick and delicious. Employees answer all questions politely, and give us what we want. This is the type of service and quality that will keep us coming back.
