went in, ordered, and then sat down for 30 minutes. didn’t get my food, though i could see most of it sitting on the counter behind the register. it was just missing the shake i ordered. when i asked about it, they told me that it was a part of my order, but they couldn’t give it to me. i was offered a refund, so i took it out of desparation. then they just tossed my mostly made order in the trash?? what the hell. i feel a little scammed tbh. guess i’m better off eatin’ somewhere else.

I went through the drive-thru for lunch for myself and a coworker (separate orders) on January 15, 2026, around 1:00 p.m. I arrived back at the office with no receipts, no sauce, and the food was lukewarm. I assumed the receipts and sauces would be in the bag. Very disappointed.

Super nice staff! I went through the drive through with my dog after his vet appointment, and the person in the booth taking the payment gave my dog some treats! Great experience overall 🙂

Food was good, fresh, and reasonably quick. The cashier was courteous but not friendly. The salad presentation was the best I’ve seen in a Zaxbys so far. I would rate this store a 4.5 because service with a smile matters and only one young girl showed any semblance of real hospitality.

I love this Zaxbys so much. I went inside and ordered my 4 finger plate and got some cookies, but I was a little sad when my cookies came cold. I noticed while inside that there is no cookie warmer as every Zaxbys i’ve been in normally has one and I ALWAYS get cookies.
The food was amazing as always regardless, but I hope when I come again, I can get warm cookies.
