This was our first visit. My daughter loves subs and wanted to eat at Penn Station for her birthday. The food was excellent, and the staff was very patient with us fumbling through our order. Most of us got small subs, fries, and a drink, and it was more than enough to get full. (My husband got a large and couldn’t finish it.). I would definitely recommend this place if you like subs!

I had a horrible experience at this location. I placed a pickup order almost an hour ahead of time scheduled for 12. I arrived at 12:10 and they told me they hadn’t even started it yet because they had “other orders at the same time”. The staff was nice and apologetic, and it was a bit hectic as they had to call the cops on an individual who was outside, but my order should have been completed by 12 regardless. They didn’t even call the cops until after I had arrived, meaning it should not have impacted my sandwiches. What is the point of scheduling a pick up if it doesn’t even matter? Also – shouldn’t sub shops be able to handle multiple orders? I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my sandwiches. Very disappointing.

This was my first time ever to penn station and soon as I walked in the employees acknowledged me. I got the Italian sub and a bag of chips. Once I paid the worked suggested I should try the sub hot so I took his advice and while waiting everyone was so nice and talking to me. I got home and tried my sub and it had so much flavor and was so good. I’m glad I took the advice and decided to try penn station, definitely will be going back for food and the respectful employees. The food actually fills you and doesn’t make you feel bad. The regular size subs are good size for one person.

This is usually my go to location for Penn Station but tonight was the worst I’ve ever had. I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak which I always get and the meat was raw and it wasn’t cooking properly at all. I will not be back unfortunately after this experience.

It’s always consistent with the quality of the food. I get a Cheese steak with everything, fries, cookie and lemonade.
My only complaint is they took away the sliced lemons during COVID… It’s now 2025 so I think you can bring those back guys!
The cookie is always delicious and the lemonade seems to be great no matter which location you try.
I’ve never had anything other than the Cheese steak with everything because it’s so good I don’t ever want to try anything else on the menu. I recommend this place if you want something that is beyond the typical burger joint!

I was sooooo mad, I ordered the chicken salad sandwich with fries to go I called the order in. After I picked it up and got back to work the sandwich was soggy! Like it had been dipped in water the manger stated they’re instructed to set the sandwiches on the oven until they’re picked up well someone should have corporate try and eat a soggy sandwich it’s a waste of everyone’s time to do this and common sense should tell someone to stop! Thankfully the sandwich was REMADE correctly AFTER my work day ended but it sucked that I had to miss my original lunch due to ignorance.

I had the best customer service experience I’ve ever had at Penn Station and one of the best I’ve had anywhere in a very long time. I got there 20 mins before close, Dawn was the only person working. She was so nice, fast, and efficient. This is the only Penn Station I will go to in the future. Dawn deserves all of the business!

The two ladies working went above and beyond to make our subs the way we wanted them and provided us with the best service a person could ask for. I explained to them that I have trouble eating due to my bottom dentures being new. They took the time to chop my Philly Steak and Cheese, peppers, mushrooms, and other ingredients up into small pieces and even cut my sandwich up into bite-size chunks so that I had no trouble eating my sub. I can’t remember their names, but it was the two ladies working at the time and day posted on this review on Google Maps. The food was great also, great flavor and fresh add-ons at a very reasonable price. Fries are fresh cut and made right in front of you (the sub was also), and they are delicious. Very clean in all areas and great atmosphere. I would recommend anyone and everyone to visit this place. You will not regret it. Thank You for your kind service and a great meal.

I went here with my Mom for lunch. The place was clean, organized and the employees were very nice and friendly. I had the grilled Italian sub and my Mom had the turkey and provolone sub. Also ordered my Dad one to go. The employees were awesome and didn’t mind. One employee was cleaning the restrooms. So that’s good! I like this one better than the one on Tusc. This one is much cleaner. The employees are friendlier as well.
