Stopped here for a quick bite to eat with my kids. They really thought the entire experience was a lot of fun. We all enjoyed what we ordered. I only wish I would have seen their kid’s menu sooner. I would have ordered off that. my kids had a hard time finishing their food.

I have enjoyed this a&w restaurant. Food always fresh, good fries. Friday after Thanksgiving I ordered 2 bacon double cheeseburgers and fries. The sandwiches were old, the buns were a mess and the only thing fresh was the handful of lettuce tossed in the burgers. The fries were over fried and cold! And then the sickness!!! Within a few hours I was extremely ill with my body trying to get rid of the bad food. I was extremely ill for 2 days! This was at 5:30 pm. Food should have been fresh not looking like it had been smashed together hours before. I thought it was strange when I didn’t have to wait for my food to be prepared!

At about 11:30 a.m. we’re very rude to me I felt uncomfortable they were not professional I would rather not make this about the color of my skin but because they kept constantly looking at me as if I was a bum where I was definitely wearing nice clothes and nice shoes and well groomed smelling good I don’t understand why they kept looking at me I felt uncomfortable I returned the food upon walking in there I notice a couple of them were wearing shorts we all know McDonald’s Burger King you cannot wear shorts The only place to wear shorts is Sonic. One person kept grabbing his groin where the strings to his pants were playing with them The other put my fries in a bag without using gloves grabbing the top of the fries I was so disgusted I had to give my burger back My whole meal when I said why are you guys constantly looking at me as I’m standing up against a wall he says no reason I say am I on the wrong side of the United States where is still racism as the guy didn’t answer me he goes back talks to his people and they laugh all in the midst of checking my burger out asking for my burger to be fresh as it was cold as lettuce.
More to the story this place made me feel so uncomfortable I rather not a nan black person come to this place and they’re nasty No sanitary courtesy whatsoever to wear outside clothes and shorts and grabbing people’s food with no gloves.
You guys should go here and get retrained and have a wake up on life.

The food was terrible. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger,onion rings and a root beer float. I only ate half. Nothing tasted right period. Was to spicy and greasy. The root beer float was not good. I was very disappointed. I will never eat there again period!

The staff are very friendly. The food was out quick and hot. Fry’s we’re cooked perfectly. Root beer on tap was at the perfect temperature. The entire restaurant was very clean and well lit. I would definitely recommend this place.
