I’m very disappointed. I love Wendy’s and I’m so glad to see it back in our area, but tonight my daughter and I stopped for a quick bite. We were dinning in. Our fries were cold. So I asked for a fresh order which they provided. Our chicken nuggets had obviously been sitting for a while because they were also not hot. I was already irritated waiting for the fries I didn’t feel like also waiting for fresh nuggets. There seemed to be staff that were not working at the time that just came in and took soda and talked to the other staff and then left. I also saw a staff member walk outside with someone that came behind the counter and stood outside and talked to him in his vehicle for 5-10 minutes. The garbage was full, the used trays were stacked up, the tables were dirty not wiped off and ketchup cups were not stocked. Yet all staff were standing around or talking to off duty staff. You have time to lean you have time to clean. Very disappointed.

Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with nothing on it received a chicken sandwich with lettuce and mayo, went up to the counter to fix the order. The gentleman who helped me out was extremely nice and had great customer service but I can’t say the same for the 2 ladies he was working with they were quit rude and not friendly whats so ever. Very disappointed in the costumer service there today. To add to the disappoint we received a new chicken sandwich and they still didnt get the order right. Seriously incompetent, I felt bad for the young man who had to work with those rude ladies.

I like Wendy’s food but the customer service is not the best. Everytime I go they forgot something. This last time we ordered meals and we looked to make sure we had everything. We were missing fries. Husband went in and said we didn’t get our fries. The manager argued with him about we did not. The lady putting in our order asked if it was meals and we said yes and she didn’t ring it in as meals. Like the good hate the workers.

Came here on 9/12/25 for Breakfast through the drive-thru. A middle-aged black guy took my order. The service was amazing. The guy was well mannered and professional. Definitely will be coming back here again for breakfast. Got better service here than I have at Burger King in forever. Thanks for having a great group of people here.

Got 2 double baconators and all 4 patties were raw, staff looked so disinterested in being there we left not trusting a good product to come out of the kitchen after they said in would be remade.

I ordered online. Went to pick it up and half my order wasn’t there. The frosty was melted already. The staff was unimpressive. I asked for a refund and the manager didn’t even turn around to look at me just said you have to go online to get a refund.. I managed Wendy’s in Marshfield before they closed and I would never have a staff like that.

Food was good not great. Tables were dirty, bathroom was dirty and smelled extremely bad like sewer back up.
We were the only couple there, so it’s not like they were busy where one of the employees could have been cleaning the dining room, counters, bathrooms, etc…
Place wouldn’t be bad if they just had someone regularly cleaning.

I’ve been here once before, going on three months ago now, and we got sick afterwards. Chalked it up to maybe a stomach bug and bad timing.
Just went back today, got a different menu item and the same thing happened as we were half way through our meal at the table. Not only that, I found hair in my frosty. Frosty was also bubbling as if it were carbonated or on a very low simmer.
Update: 20 minutes after initially writing this review.
I am writing this update sitting on my toilet at home with a bucket in my lap. I wish I had read other reviews first. This is not a good time.

After work, I pulled in to grab some food Sat evening, the friend who took my order was so kind and professional and had a great sense of humor! The team cooked everything fresh and it tasted amazing! Thank you Sat evening team!

Recently wendys stopped using whole leaf lettuce on their burgers leading to a over all soggy and gross experience they also changed their bbq sauce so the 2 menu items I would eat from Wendy’s are now not good and I will no longer be eating at Wendy’s which sucks because it use to be a once a week food.. overall quality has fallen
