This Dunkin’ location is one of the good ones. The service was friendly, the atmosphere was clean, and the donut selection was amazing, with plenty of options available. The sitting area was spotless, and there was plenty of parking available in the back.

Coffee order is inconsistent and usually wrong. What happened to your egg bites? I’ve been buying them almost every day and your location is the only location cooking them this way. Are you using expired product? Is there something wrong with your machine? I go to Dunkin all over North Jersey and you’re the only location who makes dry/crumbly egg bites. I’m about to stop coming here.

The most cleanest Dunkin Donuts ever.I’ve been coming to this place so many years and I don’t even live in Chatham and never had a problem at all.Always clean and neat.The employees are extremely polite and fast.Huge parking lot in the back and on the side as well.And of course cheaper than other Dunkin Donuts.Absolutely must stop by and feel the comfort.

We saw last week’s Superbowl DunKings commercial during the 49ers vs Chiefs that was the most-watched telecast in history and this was our 1st Dunkin’ stop since then. The ad definitely gets your attention with JLo and Ben Affleck’s boy band of Tom Brady, Jack Harlow, Fat Joe & Matt Damon! Being a New Englander this was everything expected of a Dunkin’ stop/shop and maybe of the TV drop too!
Our favorite has always been the munchkins, it satiates our donut cravings in small bites and goes without saying, their Coffee too☕️

Today I had a very disappointing experience at the Dunkin’ in Chatham. I ordered a Black Cold Brew with no milk and no ice, and the cashier was rude, repeatedly asking me the same question and then telling me there would be an extra $0.50 charge for no ice — something I’ve never been charged for at any other location and that is not listed anywhere on the menu. To make it worse, she entered the extra charge as if I had purchased a “munchkin,” which I never received. This alone makes no sense — why would I be charged $0.50 for not adding ice, and have it rung up as a completely different item? I’ve also heard from others that the staff here can be rude, and unfortunately I experienced it myself today. For example, a friend once asked for a tap water and was charged $1, even though it’s supposed to be free by law, and the cashier refused to give it to her. Sadly, today confirmed that the service at this location leaves a lot to be desired.

They charged us twice for an avocado toast. Also they messed up a simple basic order of original latte. My friend is allergic to pumpkin and she only realized after we drove away. It’s only 9am on a Saturday. Hope they don’t keep messing up customers’ orders.
