This is a “simple taqueria” and I’ve admittedly only been here once, passing through town. But the carne asada and pastor tacos were among the best tacos I’ve had – and I’ve been a taco aficionado for a long time. The horchata is also excellent.

Can I just say…..Birria Ramen is something I never knew I needed in my life. Easily one of THE BEST Mexican restaurant meals I’ve ever had and one of the best meals in Sweetwater County period! I got the Birriamen and my husband got the Quesabirria with Chile Rellanos on the side. Absolutely amazing. And a reasonable price to boot. We will be coming back A LOT!!

The BEST Mexican food you will find in Rock Springs! Started off going to the taco truck they own, then started to come to the restaurant and the food is always spot on and consistent. I’ve NEVER had a bad meal or experience here! Do yourself a favor and get the quesabirria tacos, you’ll thank me later

Amazing tacos! Hand made corn tortillas were absolutely worth the upgrade. The pork and beef (mult options) were all delicious, and the service was friendly and fast.

Unique Mexican food! These two gringos didn’t even recognize most items on the menu, but our hosts kindly answered questions and made suggestions. The food was delicious! The entire space was also festive, bright and *clean* which we really appreciated. If you are looking for a fun experience with a different twist on Mexican food, give it a try! We’ll be back next time we come through Rock Springs.

Good food, great prices, and incredibly accommodating! We came in at 10 in the morning and they still took great care of us. Our waiter was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. A wonderful spot for a satisfying meal at any time of day! Glad I came in
