⭐️ BBQ Pork Rice Noodle Roll – $8.50 – My partner loved it!!! Perfect amount of meat to rice noodle ratio.
⭐️ Shumai – $6.75 – I thought this was okey/average tasting, nothing to special. Probably wouldn’t order it again.
⭐️ Chinese Sausage Rice Bowl – $11.50 – This one was so homey! My mom has made this before with a clay pot and it’s so good! Very easy and simple to make but super flavorful.
Rice roll with shrimp and marinated beef. Shu mai, and signature won ton soup. All very good. We’ve been looking for a close to home dim sum and rice roll spot, we think we have found it. It sounds so simple to say but the wonton soup was the star of our meal. Shumai was great but all do respect its but smaller In portions to what I was expecting. Rice roll spot was great. Service was fantastic and they even offer hot tea on the house to start. We wil absolutely be back!!
I visited this location today for lunch with my family, including my 8-month-old son. As new parents, we don’t dine out often, but we wanted to have a nice meal. Instead, our experience was ruined by one incredibly rude waitress.
It started the moment we walked in. It is winter and freezing outside, so when she offered us a table right next to the main door, we politely asked to wait for a different table so our baby wouldn’t be in the cold draft. Instead of communicating nicely, she yelled at us in front of the entire restaurant to “move to the side” and accused us of blocking the door. We complied immediately, but her aggression was completely uncalled for.
The breaking point was at the end of the meal. My son started crying for a few seconds. I was already in the process of lifting him out of the high chair to take him outside so we wouldn’t disturb other diners. Despite me clearly taking action, this same waitress marched over and yelled, “Why don’t you just go outside?” right in our faces.
I understand that kids can be loud, but she showed absolutely no patience or empathy for a mother who was actively trying to handle the situation. If you are dining solo or as a couple, you might be fine. But if you have a family or small children, avoid this place at all costs. This woman has no business working in hospitality.
