Excellent event location. We were there for a Valentine’s night dinner. The food was amazing. The atmosphere was also great. Service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this event.

Food was so delicious! However our waitress sucked. The restaurant only had maybe 15 people. She had two tables. She’s so worried about doing everything but waiting on tables. We had to stop her or call her for everything, to take our order , refills, and our bill. Terrible customer service. We went uptown after to a few local businesses and guess what they asked “how was the service? They are so slow” even the locals know. Food is so great but need to get better with the service

This place has been slowly going down for some time now and I knew it was a matter of time before it soon closes. The food is good however the service isn’t, and the owner has the worse attitude. I wanted to give them one more try today as their hours said open, but here we are and they’re closed. They need to update their site. Cheraw needs more breakfast spots

Pleasant atmosphere, hot coffee, quick and easy ordering. Breakfast today was a meat lovers omlette, grits, and a biscuit

Don’t go in here hungry. I feel for what waitstaff is there and feel like they won’t be there too long.

I understand in the day and age we are in that there are issues with businesses having good help and being productive serving their customers. But if ownership cared they would out here greeting customers explaining their wait times maybe giving some toast, biscuits or maybe a free mimosa while they wait. It’s no wonder you can’t keep good waitstaff. Your kitchen can’t efficiently get food cooked and out to the floor. If you know you can’t serve people why are you open.

Today really sucked. Got seated at 10:20 didn’t get food till 11:45. The place was not busy nor was it packed. The tables that were already seated waited a long time to get orders taken much less food. Customers getting their own drinks. I’m sure most people don’t mind helping but come on, get your own drinks and still takes over 1:30 to get food! People didn’t get food they ordered or ended up taking it with them cause of how long it took. Some just up and left.

We had reservations for 7:30 p.m. we were seated 30 minutes later to a dirty table. Our waitress had been working since 9 a.m.! After we were seated we never saw her again. Finally someone came to take our order at 8:17 p.m.!!! We didn’t get our food until 9:35 p.m. The salmon was good but room temperature, the asparagus was limp and cold. The best part of the dinner roll. Service was awful… music was too loud and we had to ask the man to turn it down so we could talk. I believe over booking and short staff was a major problem. We won’t be coming back here again for celebrations.

I went for breakfast twice and it was great and fast. I wanted to try them for dinner and what a horrible experience, we saw other people come in afterwards and get their food before us. We wanted so long and really wish we had left sooner.

We took a group of 10 from a local dog event and they handled the dinner flawlessly. All staff were kind and efficient and our entire group enjoyed their meals. Thank you. Highly Recommend.

First off – EXCELLENT, friendly young ladies working on Mother’s Day!!!

We stumbled upon this place during baseball, and to our surprise, they had a brunch buffet set up. There were all sorts of traditional breakfast foods, but the main dish was shrimp & grits; there were a bunch of shrimp, and it was simply divine.

If you’re ever in the area, I’d recommend the restaurant. Oh, and lastly, the Bloody Mary was great, too.

The customer service upon walking in is great. Getting a waitress to check on you to fix the order is a little bit hard. The food is ok. It’s really not the best. I would definitely come back solely due to how you are treated here. I would also recommend a little training for the waitresses on wine and dish pairing. They seem like deer in headlights. This is the Wine Factory after all.
