I love this little neighborhood spot. Some of the best cocktails I’ve had in Denver and amazing food (though you may need to bring a native french speaker with you to understand the menu). Prices are not cheap so if you are like me you’ll go on a Tuesday when happy hour (food and drink specials) lasts all day.

This is my favorite French restaurant in Denver. I spend a lot of time in Paris and it is certainly the only place that reminds me of their bistros. They tend to use seasonal ingredients and change the menu on a regular basis. I highly recommend this restaurant.
As with many bistros they do not take reservations. Be prepared to wait for your table. I recommend hanging out next door (still owned by Z-Cuisine) for aperitifs and appetizers while you wait.

This is a restaurant right out of Europe. My husband and I had the best date night here. We tried to go to the restaurant side but there was a long wait so we ended up snagging a table on the bar side. It was perfect! We shared a couple of different things – the cheese plate, lamb sausage, and the beef bourguignon. It was the perfect amount and the beef dish was absolutely heavenly. We finished the night off with the pear tart and vanilla bean ice cream. I loved every minute of my time at Z Cuisine. The exposed brick, French movies playing in the background on the wall, and incredibly helpful waitstaff made it a really fun experience. Even though we were trying to go to the restaurant side, I think I’d opt for the bar side the next time around. It was just as romantic and had a fun vibe with the mix of bar seating and tables.

Z Cuisine serves excellent food, even in comparison to the restaurants we visited in Paris. The dishes are truly authentic and taste delicious. If you appreciate fine French food, Z Cuisine is a must visit. All that is missing from the menu is escargot and then I would have everything I loved about French food here in Denver. Avoid Brasserie Felix and Bistro Vendome is lacking craft in comparison to Z Cuisine. Easily my favorite restaurant here in Denver.

Not normally a fan of French restaurants, but this one is completely authentic and the food is really special. Atmosphere is lovely – lots of dark wood and red fabric. Even a community for European authenticity.

Ugh
A friend of mine used to go there a lot even though she thought it was overrated.
She had some way to get free food.
In any event, the food was acceptable just not great.
I may try it again now that Le Central is closed, but Bistro Vendome is probably my favorite.
Bon Appetit!

Long meal, OK short rib; however, their staff hung my costly rain jacket, and it magically disappeared during the meal. When I asked their management team about potential avenues of recourse, because I wasn’t the party who lost a jacket, they were completely appalled and would not accommodate me in any fashion.
Pack your patience & don’t let your belongings out of sight.

Transport yourself to the French countryside in this TINY, adorable, eclectic little restaurant. Getting a table can be a challenge, but the rewards are great. The best French restaurant in town. If you are craving cassoulet or boeuf bourguignon…this is the place to be.

Very disappointing. We were unable to get a seat for two as not only do they not accept reservations or names, for a two hour wait, they wanted to seat us in the bar. This isn’t the type of service I expected for “magnificent” reviews.

Seriously. A chef at my university recommended it and it does not disappoint. I wasn’t expecting anything and I was blown away. Not a single error … All beautiful.
