The LANDING has closed for everyday operations and is only open for private and scheduled events.

This place is really nice. The restaurant is well designed, staff is amazing, food is 4/5, but they killed wing night. This place uses to pack a crowd, and had the best wings in town, but the management has killed it. Also killed burger night, steak night, and taco night. But wing night was sacred. Please bring it back. Please!

The Landing Zone is a great place to eat on post. The food is usually very good, and a few of the menu items are excellent. Relaxed atmosphere, on busier nights it can get a little loud and fun. Nice place for a hearty breakfast as well. My wife likes to stop in for the coffee counter. Prices are very good and the mug club is a great deal.

The best “fine dining” experience on Fort Rucker. Absolutely a frequented spot if you are located on/in the general area for a while. Businesses (units) seem to like this place from time to time to have their small get together and exchange an evening of tradition and laughter.

On a serious note, their food menu in the bar area is pretty good. We also enjoyed the customer service. They are very attentive to their customers.

This place could have more places to sit. We have been there and had no place to sit or put our stuff down. The outside bar is open 1 weekend and closed another they another they don’t have a steady schedule, their business hours is any time they feel like going to work that is very unprofessional. We been there during the weekend and the inside is closed so we can’t buy anything to drink. I wish their kitchen is open during the weekend, many customers have to leave to go to burger king to get something to eat and come back. Also wasps keep flying around the chairs near the pool. Lifeguards are very nice.

Pretty good. Food is acceptable and usually comes out correct the first time around. The recent move of the rapid fire lunch to outside the kitchen has left my food cold more often then not.

This is a decent place on post at Fort Rucker. They have bucks of drinks, a mini Starbucks and a full seating area. Lovely staff.
The food is pretty basic southern food, mostly meat and heavy, greasy stuff. Don’t expect to find a decent goat cheese salad here. The vegetarian menu is pretty limited with not many decent options. The staff however is pretty accommodating. The dessert was pretty basic, nothing special. It’s basically a basic restaurant on post.
Nothing of an amazing experience that would make me think about going back for dinner.
Maybe if they change their menu with more healthy and vegeterian options and more dessert options.
Mostly you’ll find a bunch of soldiers here coming just for drinks after work.

Old and run down. Veggies were over cooked (soggy). Steak was extremely small and for some reason covered in brown gravy and was tough. This was a ball meal that costs $30 a plate. I don’t recommend.

Recently renovated. Great military aviation atmosphere. Food is good. Good lunch selection of 10-15 or so items. Quick service for folks on the go. They have a full service bar.
