I placed an order through the app, and it was sent to the Doordash app. It indicated delivery, but the dasher never arrived. I reached out to the store, and the helpful staff member took care of me. He assured me he could fulfill my order and completed everything on it. I received the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, and I truly appreciate it. It’s the best store I’ve ever been to.

I originally ordered for delivery. When I noticed my food said it was delivered and I saw someone pull in my driveway then back out 15 mins after the original delivery time (which was 6:14, and 6:29 my camera caught this) the app said it was delivered at 6:29. I called the store and spoke with Becca, who said that door dash had called and said that I rejected my order. I told her about me seeing the car that was supposed to deliver my food. She offered to remake my order for me to pick up. As soon as I walked in the door, she greeted me and handed my order to me. She was very polite, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make sure that I was a happy customer. The sandwiches looked amazing, and had everything on it the way I asked for it. Everything was fresh and tasted great. The store was very clean, and I truly appreciated the hospitality shown by Becca. I’ve ordered from this store a few times and the food has always been fresh, and my order was correct.

Food was horrible. Ordered online via the app and picked up the food and took it home to eat. We ordered a footlong Elite Chicken & Bacon Ranch sub on the Italian Herbs & Cheese roll, a footlong Meatball Marinara sub on the Artisan Italian, and a Chicken & Cheese Dipper (2 wraps) with Roasted Garlic Aioli sauce. Here’s what we actually got: they put the subs on the wrong type of bread, barely put any marinara sauce in the Meatball Marinara sub, and did not include the Roasted Garlic Aioli sauce with my Chicken & Cheese Dippers, so I got extremely dry, unseasoned chicken wraps. Also, the Chicken & Cheese Dippers came with 3 TINY dry pieces of chicken & a few tiny slivers of cheese. I had to slather it in mayonnaise at home in order for it to put some moisture on the chicken & try to make it halfway palatable (didn’t succeed). These Dippers are a joke and a complete rip off. It felt like I was eating cardboard. Actually, cardboard probably tastes better then those Chicken & Cheese Dippers. My husband had to add some marinara sauce from a jar that we had at the house to his sub. Completely unacceptable, and rip off. I have been to other Subway locations and have not had this problem. We would have been better off making peanut butter & jelly sandwiches at home. Do better!!

Manager working 12-6-25 is the most rude person. I questioned a tip on my purchase. Stating someways wrong with the machine. She yelled so loud. Cussed me out. She should be fired.

Ordered delivery. 2 subs. Wife got blt and bacon not heated up. Second sandwich spicy italian with double meat, mayo, lettuce , onions, cucumbers, black olives… Lettuce was missing from sandwich. Other sandwiches ordered in past wrong as well, but like to give multiple chances. App doesnt offer any place to specify certain things (like heat up bacon). Also bag not sealed by Subway at all. Definitely will order elsewhere going forward.

I took a picture of the extremely small amount of toppings on my sub. Each half had 3 very thin slices of turkey. So I pretty much had bread to eat. I emailed Subway about this and the owner emailed back saying sorry. I returned an email back to him saying I think he should replace my sub. I never got another response.

I didn’t get the young man’s name but he is the assistant manager at this location. He was so polite and we had a great conversation, the restaurant was very clean, both him and the young lady working were quick and efficient. So glad to have found this location after my terrible experiences with the one in Middleburg next to La Catrina. Will return thank you for the great customer service!
