Lady over the counter was more interested in talking about shoes than servicing her customers. She had an attitude when I was ordering food. I can’t believe the manager allows her to wear a bonnet that is so unprofessional I wouldn’t never come here again.

I just left this location on march 6, 2025. the entire store was filled with a bunch of people just lingering around. the cashier was extremely overwhelmed because she was alone and I understand completely. I got my drink and it was wrong. So I brought it back and the cashiers attitude was at a 10. The entire store was on her side which is fine, I just wanted my money back. I ended up throwing the drink away once I got to the corner of church st. do better Dunkin.

This Dunkin Donuts suck!!! I ordered a turkey sausage and egg without cheese wake up wrap.. The food prep put cheese on my wrap anyway I bit into it got nauseous brung the wrap back after missing my ride to work to do so. The manager Nicole says you didn’t check the wrap before you left, lol… why I gotta check my food if I know what I ordered!!????… She made me miss work and gonna offer me a refund. where my days pay you made me miss.. On top of it all I got fired 2 days later without reason… I’m guessing was this the reason!!??? I need a lawyer!!

Does not open on time. Came here because they were supposed to be open at 0430 and when you’re up at 0430, you need coffee. It was freezing outside and the employee walked past the door for over 20 minutes without ever opening up while I waited on my Uber. I was hoping at at the very least wait in the heat. He finally opened at 4:50 and was still not prepared- coffee machines weren’t set up or started. I believe his name was Mark.

I wish I could give a lower rating; it was quite frustrating. Today, I requested caramel drizzle, and they put caramel inside instead. When I pointed it out, an employee, a black woman around 10 o’clock, started arguing with me, even though she wasn’t the one who made my coffee. Another cafe remade it, but unfortunately, they insulted me. If the manager reads my comment, it’s clear she shouldn’t be working there. The service was impolite; all employees seem rude, but she was especially so. I plan to speak with the manager. I was considering switching from Starbucks to Dunkin, but this experience has changed my mind. Even the rudest Starbucks employee is better than here at Bristo’s. If you want to avoid insults, I’d suggest going elsewhere.

I gave one star because I had too but they get a -0 from me . I’ve been going to that dunking Donuts. For over 13 years but now it’s a place I will not go back too there really slow ,old coffee, bacon that’s not Cook through. They took my order and I waited for 25 minutes when I ask about my order they had for got about my order and there was only 4 pepole there so I had to wait another 15 minutes. The worst thing is you order your food just to realize that the bacon is raw and they think that’s funny. This Used to be a really good place for your coffee but not anymore . They need to be trained to work with food and how to make fresh coffee

The girl to took care of my order was smoking and looked high, when she was preparing my order she inhaled and exhaled her vape out of her mouth in top of my drink, I threw my drink away because I was disgusted. It was very unsanitary.

Nice place to get your food, go in and out. Sometimes it’s crowded, sometimes it’s empty. Not much atmosphere tho.
