A hidden gem in Stony Point! The sushi is delicious and fresh, really great quality. Many of their rolls come with a generous amount of different toppings. The menu offers lots of other food too, not just sushi. It’s a calm and welcoming atmosphere run by friendly staff. Highly recommend it!

That is probably the best roll I’ve ever had! Food was delicious and the guy behind the counter was a genuinely kind person which I feel is difficult to encounter now of days. It used to take a bit longer to order but with the addition of the new chef there has been a faster service. The owner is really kind and the staff are friendly. Usually, take out sushi is a coin flip. Good sushi chefs do not recommend eating take out sushi as the flavor will change within 20 minutes. I’ve eaten great sushi in many, many places and great sushi at the restaurant does not translate into great take out, Min Sushi is the best take out sushi I’ve ever had hands down…. I highly recommend this place. The only downside is the wait time, for a family platter you better give it at least an hour, worth every minute of the wait tho!
