Fresh N Fit Meals was established in January 2016 with a vision of building a health-conscious meal management and preparation company that athletes, health/fitness enthusiasts and anyone looking to eat healthy can truly depend on. All orders are prepared fresh to order and available for one day or two day delivery or pick up of your choice. We are committed to using only the highest quality ingredients that are hand picked and sourced from local top restaurant quality suppliers. Order deadline is Thursday by midnight for Sunday or Monday midnight for Wednesday. We deliver twice a week or you can pick up from our store. All meals are fresh never frozen! We offer many different diets with a large variety of 40+ options to chose from.

Terrible first and last experience . Ordered my first order ( a large one almost 400 dollars worth) for me and my coworkers . I ordered in time to have my meals shipped out Wednesday and arrive Thursday. I received a call from FNF confirming they would ship Wednesday via UPS and the meals would most likely arrive Thursday. I didn’t hear from them after that so I went to look for my meals both Thursday and Friday in case something happened because things can of course happen to delay shipping that wouldn’t be FNF’s fault. Both days no message no email nothing from them and no meals arrived . I checked my account online and it said my order was completed . Again, completed but no meals arrived . I inquired via text if they could provide a shipping/tracking # for my order so I could track my meals because they did not arrive when they were suppose too and the voicemail I received from their staff clearly said they would ship the order Wednesday for Thursday delivery. They responded they were sorry and because they didn’t hear back from me after the phone call they never shipped my meals !!?! They also said I would have to wait for them to ship out Tuesday 5 days later than I originally expected . I told them the woman who left a voicemail never mentioned if I didn’t call her back that my order wouldn’t get shipped out on time and I was depending on them to have food for a busy work week ahead. They then offered a discount for the misunderstanding and /or a refund . I chose a discount because they received good reviews for the quality of their food and I did want to try it . A discount for the inconvenience seemed fair even though I still wouldn’t have my food still until the next week. They responded that I already received a discount because I am a first responder . I requested a discount for the inconvenience because one had nothing to do with the other. Being a first responder and receiving a discount did not account for them messing up my order. I can’t imagine for the life of me if a senior citizen were to receive a senior citizen discount on their meals that didn’t arrive when expected that they would say you already received your senior citizen discount and that somehow counts for not receiving ur food when promised and the inconvenience and or mistake it all caused. After I requested a discount for the inconvenience trying to be fair and still give them a chance they wrote back they are refunding me for the order. Very disappointed in the communication/service and also the fact that my first responder discount that I am so grateful for considering the sacrifices me and my coworkers make everyday became so tainted by someone trying to use that in lieu of accepting responsibility for their errors with a new and potentially long term loyal customer . Just disappointing for such a high rated establishment I expected more professionalism.

I am so happy with my decision to order from Fresh N Fit Meals! Between working a full time job, embarking on my MBA and working out 5 days a week – there is no time for the stress of food shopping, the hassle of prepping and cooking – and my creativity in food has been exhausted! Their customer service is awesome… very responsive and helpful – the food is AMAZING – never dry or bland… very juicy, flavorful and FRESH!!! They have eliminated a major stress from my life and even better – they deliver to my house…no rushing to get somewhere before they close… I really can’t say anything bad!! I order the Paleo option and its beyond satisfying – so yummy! I am recommending you to everyone!

This is a great meal service company. Not only was my food of great quality, but the ordering and pick up service was very efficient. All I had to do was go on their website, make an account (which takes seconds) add some food to my cart and THAT’S IT. I ordered on a Thursday picked up my food Sunday afternoon with ZERO issues. It’s Wednesday now and I just unfroze some of my food for the rest of the week and it’s still fresh and delicious. I will be continuing to use this service as I prefer it to the other companies out there. After a few days I also received a call from Lauren and she wanted to know how everything was going and if the food was to my satisfaction, which it was. FMF meals even has great customer service and they will give out discounts to Police to use on every order up to two times a week- not many companies offer this type of generosity! Another thing that makes them stick out from the rest of the competition is that they allow you to order TWO days out of the week instead of one- just in case you forget to order by the first deadline. THIS IS GREAT. All the other companies that I know of only offer one day and if u miss that deadline, you’re screwed. This is an awesome company and ran by a great staff.. I highly recommend them. They’re pricing, quality of product and customer service is unbeatable!

The best food prep company out there. I have tried several other companies and FNF has the freshest best tasting food. I used them for my body transformation and they were there every step of the way offering advise monitoring my progress and portioned my meals as asked. They also have the best customer service and easiest website for ordering. I am currently down 50 pounds and cannot thank them enough!!!!!!!!!

Im extremely impressed with this service. The food arrived on my door step at the stipulated time period. i received an email stating that this was delivered and the presentation of the food was fantastic. In addition, the food is also delicious. Im am extremely pleased with this service. Lastly, I just want to add that the personal attention received by this business is all second to none. I was so happy someone recommended you guys to us! We were doing home chef before which was great for portion control, but it wasn’t as healthy as we’d like and with working full time and juggling 3 kids, time to cook was the problem! We started this service this week and although my fiancé isn’t picky, I was worried because I’m a picky eater. Thankfully I was not disappointed at all!! The food is amazing, fresh and delicious! The portions are perfect! We are hooked! This coming week’s menu looks even more delicious than the last! I am so excited that we can save money that would’ve been spent on unhealthy food and not sacrifice the quality in any way! Thank you!! I don’t mind eating healthy, but I absolutely hate cutting veggies and meal prepping. I just feel like my time could be used better. At first I thought the price was high for 200.00 for 15 meals, but actually it’s pretty cost effective. I feel like we’re wasting less food and actually eating a full meal instead of snacking. Food is fresh and it really does taste good. We did the paleo package because of our health goals and couldn’t be happier.
