I am traveling here for work. I ordered online, waited an hour, they called and I couldn’t get to the phone in time. I called back and it wouldn’t connect, they must only allow outbound calls. I assumed they would still deliver or call again if they had an issue with the hotel. They didn’t, this was 45 minutes after ordering, another 15 minutes goes by and the order is cancelled. I then waited on hold calling this location for 10-15 minutes and they did not answer. Go elsewhere – do not bother with this location

Worst experience with dominos i’ve ever had. food was ready an hour before it arrived and it tasted like it. the order was missing the correct sauce, the salads we ordered tasted like they had gone off, and the pizza was baked to hell from the heat lamp. the delivery took about an hour and a half from the time we ordered initially — understandable given the busy saturday but would’ve liked the food at least to be fresh. i tried to make a claim about all these things and was offered a coupon. when i called, there are back to back commercials with no one answering.

This was the most horrible experience I ever had with Domino’s Pizza, The cheesy bread was over cooked and had barely had any cheese on it plus no garlic sauce. I asked the manager can she please just remake it over for me she had an attitude and she was saying that’s how the cheesy bread always comes. She told me that she made that cheesy bread personally herself, and that’s nothing was wrong with it , she only for forgot garlic sauce and nothing she can do but put garlic sauce on it. The manager on duty was very rude unprofessional she couldn’t control her crew. I had asked her for her name several times and she wouldn’t give it to me. I’m a loyal customer, I always spend good money, after last night Experience I would never come back to that Domino’s on Granby Street. The food was just looked very disgusting. I couldn’t even feed that to my kids last night. And I didn’t even get a refund. I just left the food there.

The app said there was a 20 minute delivery wait, I waited over an hour, and they got my order completely wrong. I ordered two Alfredo pastas with no chicken and of course they sent me pasta with chicken all over it, customer service on the phone was absolute garbage, No apology all he did was wait on the phone for me to talk and just say OK and hung up on me. Never ordering from Domino’s again, thanks for the extra chicken.

I really enjoy this downtown location. It’s open late nearly every night 1am weekdays and 3am weekends. AND you can dine in up until closing time?! An excellent option after a show or nightclub. I really dig the convenience of the robo-call order taker. It even recognizes specials/coupons. No more busy phones lines or constant being put on hold. BTW pizza was really fresh, picture perfect Domino’s pizza although not my favorite pizza chain.
