I really wanted to give this location a 5 star review due to the fries being the best McDonald’s fries I’ve had in 25 years. Sadly, my snack wrap is disappointing. The chicken is overcooked,dry, and appears to have been sitting for a while.

Service is really slow. I get my food faster at Sonic here in town and that says a lot. What happened to fast food? No sense of urgency with this crew. Pick up the pace, your customers want to get on with their day too. Nothing makes us more mad than paying and waiting in drive thru for over 10 minutes.

They also don’t listen to your whole order. (especially for delivery! The app is correct but the employees STILL mess it up!!) Window got it right, but kitchen crew needs to pay attention. I always get an INCOMPLETE order and still charge me for everything. I’ll go to Brighton McDonalds instead.

It is a hit or miss with this place. I love that we have a mc Donald’s here in town but when ever they are in a rush, they seem to forget to put at least one of my food items from my order and this is the third time I’m missing a burger or two. It’s my fault for not checking my bag from the drive thru and I felt rushed from the person behind me. So Always check your bags or else you’ll be losing $7 for a double quarter pounder sandwich…..

I was pleased with this store, I had a bus of hungry wrestlers and they handled our group well. Our orders were taken quickly, our food came out promptly and we were not there very long for having a bus. The parking lot was well lit after dark, The store clean and the restrooms in good shape. The only thing I would have liked better was that the crew was not much to talk, it was all business but a good experience for us. A very handy location, at the intersection of highways 52 and 85.

Fries and sandwiches were not fresh, those sorta sit on the food warmers for a while. Atmosphere has changed medium cold, like it offered less service, less human touch. Price for food was ok. Service was less and cold as compared to before. Speed of order was alright but could have been faster considering all we ordered came off the food warmers. Staff demeanor was so so. The crispy chicken sandwich could use a little mayo as it had zero dressing good thing the ketchup saved my meal.

We Even explained that something could b wrong because it was significantly less than usual in price. I was disappointed with the service I received during my recent visit to the drive-through. When I placed my order, the cashier told me that the item I requested didn’t exist and continued to insist that there was no such order. I ended up ordering something else, but the replacement was more expensive. Additionally, the staff assisting at the window seemed to have some communication difficulties, which made the experience more frustrating. I hope this feedback can help improve training and communication for future customers.

There was a nice little old man eating in the dining room. And the staff interrupted his meal to make him move his car for the delivery truck. He was almost done and they gave no real response to his question why did he have to move. We ordered 2 Kirby meals both nuggets and one had very crunchy old nuggets. The other had lighter colored and softer nuggets that tasted better. The sandwich we ordered along with the meal was cold and when the food arrived it was without the drinks. At least the restaurant was mostly clean but one of the computer screens was busted and broke. Saw poor reviews of this franchise but opted to give it a chance…not impressed.

Well at least Fort Lupton got its first McDonald’s. For the first couple of months the ice cream machine was down. Definitely one of the smaller McDonald’s I’ve been in and the price is definitely higher than other McDonald’s I have been in. Both times I have been in the lobby, the tables are dirty, definitely a take and go….at least Fort Lupton got a McDonald’s…lol
