Dominoes drivers and specifically Nancy are great people. Even though it’s Icy out here they go out there way to delivery and complete orders. There was an incident regarding my icy back sidewalk and I apologize for it sincerely , I shouldve noted to come up my driveway instead which was more clear and I take the blame on this one. Overall a great store whether take out or delivery. Would highly recommend 20/10.

I called the store but an automated system picked up. I tried to place an order for the specialty pizza spinach and feta with extra spinach ordered. I picked up got it home and it was a cheese pizza. When I called back, they said all they can do is just make it again and I can drive back in and pick it up.… That’s not all they could’ve done. I was so tired and hungry… I threw the nasty pizza away and ate a frozen waffle. I paid $12 and change for a cheese pizza. I’m glad today is over.

The other night they were short on delivery drivers. The manager said he would make it right and give me a discount next order. Make my order last night and to my surprise discounted the whole order for me!!! I have been ordering from this Domino’s for nearly 10 years! Makes me happy they care about their customers! My app started that Nikki started making my pizza at 1115. I got there around 1142 sure to the quoted time it would be ready. I get there, it’s not ready. I stated I placed the order and it’s been close to 40min. This woman cave up front and stated that there’s no way in hell it could be close to 40min (found out her name was Nikki). I pulled up my app and read it aloud “Nikki started preparing your order at 1115”, then showed the woman the quoted msg. I said, “Who’s Nikki?” The other workers looked over at the same woman that came up front. I said, “so you’re Nikki? You’re Nikki?” She didn’t say anything. I said, “I don’t get an apology or anything?” She walked away without acknowledging or saying anything to me. She said, “it’ll be about 10-15min before it’s done” to her coworker who turned and repeated it to me. Nonetheless, my pizza was VERY skimpy on all the toppings. I didn’t have time to debate about it, cause I was running late and it’s now been almost an hr SMH. I was really rooting for the all female team but baybeeeee
