The food was very good and Zach was polite. However, I had a Subway coupon that was not expired and they would not honor it, because they said it was a corporate coupon and not sent directly from the store. By that point, the sandwiches had already been made and there was a long line behind us. Zach called his manager on the phone and was told that they would not honor the coupon. So I paid full price… I would not have gone to Subway had I known they would not honor the their coupon. As a Subway store, they should honor the Subway coupons – corporate and local.

Im not sure what’s going on at this place but what the hell. I go in one night as the manager is leaving the store to the closer and after my purchase, I am told I unlocked a free sub for my 4th purchase. Today, I go in and the manager is there. Starts making our order and we like our toppings on in a specific order. Which we told her when she asked if we wanted Lettuce. I responded with ” yes but after everything” then proceeds to disregard what I JUST told her and does whatever she wants. Then apologizes for upsetting me. This wasn’t an accident. I just told her how I wanted my food. Then, come to the end, she says my total and I say I was told I have a free sub. She told me I was mistaken amd “sorry” even though it was her employee that told me I have a free sub. Nobody there seems to really give a damn and after spending $31 after some daily discounts, I feel this was a horrendous trip. If the food is bought wasn’t going to someone who hadn’t eaten yet, I’d have walked right out. I haven’t even received my food yet, but my first interaction is worth with 1 star. The man behind the counter asked money or card. I said I ordered 2 online orders 20 minutes ago. HE ROLLED HIS EYES AND GOT ANNOYED because he was “behind”. While the other worker was messing around in the back. I apologized to him for having 2 online orders, but still got attitude. Eye roll after eye roll. I’m sorry, but online orders should be made as they come in. We shouldn’t be sitting in lobby for half an hour watching other customers walk in and get theirs made immediately. What’s the point of online ordering?????? Super disappointed as we utilize this Subway ALOT. 6 customers had their sandwiches made whole my daughter and I sat.
Also, they made it as “Pick up Ready!” At 5:35, it is now 5:52 and they haven’t even started yet……

Newly remodeled, wonderful service and attitudes in everyone at the store, clean, and a great sandwich. Management is doing something right.

On two separate occasions, I have come to this location and seen an employee there called Michael visibly get irritated and audibly complain when customers walk in. Today, we went in and in the middle of my husband ordering his sandwich, Michael was making him walk back and forth between the register and where he was ordering so that he could pay. My husband wasn’t even finished ordering his veggies and condiments, and I hadn’t started yet. Michael has just been extremely unprofessional and impolite. This is our usual go-to location, but I am willing to drive out of the way to get better service at this point. It’s ridiculous.

This was one of my favorite places to come to. The staff was usually on top of taking care of their customers. Yet when we came, both employees were only focused on online orders, didn’t even acknowledge us. We stood there for like maybe 10 minutes before we finally were greeted. When we asked for the type of sandwich we wanted, the man goes no sorry, the order we just finished used up all we had. Like seriously? Make sure to have enough to go through the day. Don’t waste your time here. We went to GoodCents instead and were treated amazingly. We even got free cookies!

Ordered online. Got the food home, noticed that one of the sandwiches (The Beast 6 inch) felt like a rock. We even attempted to scrape the toppings off and microwave the bread just to soften it but it did nothing. Even toasted sandwiches don’t get this hard. The entire 6 inch load was entirely stale and there was NO WAY the person who assembled the sandwiches didn’t feel it. Super dissatisfied and disappointed for the waste of $13 and the excitement I had to consume the $13 sandwich.

The guy that was helping me kept looking on his phone why I’m not sure. I had to repeat the order a couple times due to lack of acknowledgment. Then a lady came in with green hair and we’ll she really didn’t care. I gave her my coupon like every one did in front of me and mine would not work and I had the correct amount and it was over the coupon total and told her no here is the amount for the coupon she didn’t take it so I didn’t take the sandwiches I ordered and told them I was going to call Corporate and she said go ahead call them like really you must love your job to tell customers to go ahead call the big company on your store.
