I’m a mother of 6 kids(5 ant home) and just took in my sister. Of the kids at home 4 have special needs, so I can’t always go out and get food and delivery is to expensive. On September 22nd my husband went to get us lunch. In the drive thru he ordered his food then asked me what I wanted. I then heard Norma say to him, this is fast food if you take this long come inside. He said he wasn’t done, but I told him to leave. He doesn’t l, so then she tells him to pull up. He lets her know he wasn’t done ordering but she rudely tells him to pull up.
He brings food home for me and him because he’s unable to get the kids food because he was being rushed. When I opened up the food, it was burnt and fries weren’t fresh. So we went back up there.
I asked for the manager, and the person who took my husband order just happened to be her. ♀️
I asked her did she have a bad day and she replied no. I then proceeded to ask her why she spoke to my husban that way. She then replied because he was going to slow. We went back and forth for a while, until I asked her for a refund for my burger and an apology to my husband. Got the refund, some more smart mouth talk, then the word apology. Definitely want to speak to someone on the phone because email isn’t working for me and there’s no customer service number.

Went in to try the new juarassic think burger, and they forgot to put the burger patty in, quite disappointed to see my burger without patty. Called it in and manager was friendly enough to redo entire order for next day.

Glad a five dollar bill from 1953 that was a part of my payment and was then threatened by one of the employees his car is 5ths601 . It’s an older Honda model but that’s irrelevant. This individual challenged me at the drive thru window and the proceeds to challenge me further upon finding out that the bill i was paying with was real… call Elk Grove police on me when if he had known better he would have known that this in fact was a legal and tender $5.00 bill from 1953.. his threats and his actions are a deflation to my character and I will be seeking legal council.. this employees disrespectful manner towards me caused the police to investigate the situation… see you in court

This is one of the best Carl’s Jr. that I had ever been in. Everything about it is clean. And the service was welcoming. I didn’t order much since it was a quick stop to go back home but the server brought my fries out to me. And the fries were perfect!!! Crispy on the outside but moist in the inside. If I lived closer it would be the place I would love to go often.

I ordered the beyond firery burger combo with sour dough bread and i even ate i took a bite without looking at it, it had bacon in it. This is outrageous, called the store so many times they keep hanging up. For a person not eating bacon this is unacceptable. I hope to get hold of the manager when i walk in. Also with the drink they didn’t even give th straw when we got to freeway than we realized no straw in the bag.

Ordered through drive thru. Thankfully I checked my bag before leaving because they didn’t give me my fries. I was told to pull around front to wait for the fries. After a 10 minute wait, they brought out the fries with a bag full of sauces. I don’t know what the variety of sauces were for but by the time I got home with my warm fries, my burgers were cold.

I went and got my family some food around 9:00 pm the guys attitude wasn’t terrible but definitely not polite. I get home the fries looked like straight garbage like they were there from the previous day food tasted horrible and Now my pregnant girlfriend, two year old son and I have food poisoning nausea,cramps,fever and you know the rest don’t deal with this place at all
