S/O to the Manager, Mr. Steven and all the hard working employees at this location. Mr Steven has compassion and integrity. He has went above and beyond to help me with my youth ministry. For 3 years straight, 2 to 3 Sunday’s out of every month because the kids love pizza, Mr.Steven has made sure I had enough to food to feed the kids. I remember ordering and trying to pay for my order and he told me it was on him. Not only that but when I order pizza at times he will match what I ordered at NO COST. This location means a lot to me and I just had to leave a positive honest review. Thank you Mr.Steven & Employees!!! Y’all Rock!!!

Not sure this location can go down hill any more than it already has. The girl behind the counter is so quiet you can’t hear or understand her. Never enough cheese. You can more sauce than cheese and the pizzas are never cut.

This place used to be pretty good. The last 6 months or so it had declined so much. Dough that is barely cooked, stuffed crust that looks sloppy falling apart, the pizzas are not cut through when sliced (have used my own pizza cutter last several orders). Today some of the dough was raw on the pizzas it was patchy this way, hole through the dough in one of the pizzas. Then the cut on them was so sloppy couldn’t pull apart the slices and so uneven had the tiny pieces and huge piece s. Unless you actually resolve this in store I won’t be coming back until you do. TBH need leadership that trains the crew and quality checks so it stays consistent.

I walked in and immediately saw employees JUMPING OVER THE COUNTER like this is a playground. They were handling cash, not washing their hands, and touching food like it’s completely normal. One of them dropped a container on the FLOOR and then put it back with someone’s food—I almost threw up right there. The staff looked filthy, greasy, and just downright unhygienic.
On top of that, one employee had his girlfriend hanging out behind the counter, vaping while touching pizza, and blasting vulgar, sexual music so loud it was impossible to stay calm. The entire place felt like a health hazard disguised as a restaurant. I was trying to get to my daughter’s dance recital and they took FOREVER to serve me, like my time meant NOTHING to them.
I have never been so uncomfortable in my life. I can’t believe this is allowed. This is disgusting, unprofessional, and unsafe. I will NEVER return and I’m telling everyone I know to stay far away from this place. Seriously, who is running this disaster?!

Ordered my usual order of pepperoni puffs and Italian cheese bread. They were busy but nothing overwhelming. Got home with my order and it was not boxed properly meaning the edge of the box was in the cheese bread. Also they had not put any of the seasoning on the cheese bread which is part of the flavor. I called up and the poor girl running the front counter answered and didn’t know what to do. She got the manager on duty and since I had worked all day and was home for the night I didn’t want to drive back up there so I asked if I could get some sort of credit and he said he could not do that. I would have to bring everything back up there and they would remake it. He said how did he know I wasn’t making it up. I was blown away how that could be an answer. I told him o would just start ordering from a different store and he had no problem with that because he hung up.

Ordered the crazy crust stuffed crust pizza received just a regular stuffed crust. Also About a month ago ordered a pretzel crust pizza received a regular pizza instead. Pizza is always under cooked and soggy on the bottom. I drive from Villa Rica to here. It’s quite disappointing. Didn’t check the pizzas until I got down the road.

Cant even make sure food is cooked all the way. If you request well done you will get dough and if you request light sauce you will get heavy. These employees should be ashamed of themselves. I do not recommend this location.
