All sandwiches are prepared fresh in full view of the customer using delicious hearth-baked bread, USDA Choice Steak and the finest meats, cheeses and vegetables. The potatoes are hand selected, fresh-cut and flash-fried in cholesterol-free peanut oil. The lemonade is made from scratch every day using hand-squeezed lemons.

I am torn about this review. I was going to rate it a four-star, but I don’t think it deserves that. I think it deserves a five-star. I was only going to give it a four star because of the price, but if you look at other places to compare this to price wise it’ll fall right in line with Jersey Mike’s or five guys burgers. I really think Penn station has great subs. The cookies are great. They have one of the best hot subs that I’ve probably ever had. This location everyone was so friendly and treated us with such respect and took care of everything we needed.
The only “complaint” on one of our trips here was the fries were a little underdone, but I would not complain about that honestly.

First they didn’t have enough change to give me back, the “manager” (who also took my order had to go get change), the they were out of ice, and regular lids. The store was disgustingly dirty with pizza boxes strewn across one table, one broken booth seat, andone table full of partially packedbox lunches. Then I had to wait on said manager to get back, put money away, then do God knows what in the back before he came to actually make my food. What should have taken 10 minutes took me almost 30!?! And there was only one couple waiting on their food already when I walked in to begin with. Absolutely unacceptable!

We got the a regular cheesesteak and chicken parm sandwich with a side of fries. The fries were the only thing we would want to come back for. The sandwiches were on the small side for regular sizes. The cheesesteak barely had any meat it in and the chicken parm was fine, not great, but not awful, just bland. The bread is probably the worst bread compared to a Jersey Mikes or Firehouse. Definitely not worth the money. A sandwich should be filled, instead they looked like pitiful hot pockets.

Stopped here early on a Sunday and was pleasantly surprised that they opened at 10:30, so no wait. I don’t have a Penn Station where I live and it is one of my favorites. The staff here was super friendly and attentive. The food was just as excellent as I remembered. Highly recommend!

Really great subs at a good price. The Italian sandwich was toasted to perfection and made with fresh ingredient. However the wait time was too long. There were only a handful of people in the restaurant and it took 15+ min to get a sub.

I got the party sub platter it was better and more than I could had imagined!!! From the times I ordered to the time I picked up the employees were helpful and amazing!!! Will definitely be ordering this party tray for other celebrations!!!

The employee running the grill was loud and obnoxious with the other employee. A customer commented on his rudeness and the employee started yelling at the customer. Very uncomfortable atmosphere. Probably won’t be bad.
