The food is always prepared quickly, consistently delicious, and the salsa bar is well-stocked with a great variety of fresh toppings to customize your plate just the way you like it.
Update as of 8/3/2025: Still just as good! That smoky grilled flavor keeps me coming back. One tip — Google Maps lists their opening time as 10 AM, but I’ve found they’re more reliably open after 4 PM. It’s worth the timing puzzle — once you catch them open, you’re in for a treat.
Order at the trailer outside, then find a table inside. There are no employees inside of the building, just a big open space with tables and a condiment bar against the wall.
The hotdog was good, but I’ll definitely need to try everything else.
When we were in the lobby a costumer asked for her Hot dig and the lady didnt even bother lookimg at uer and annoyingly told her there was various orders ahead of hers. Really killed the vibe to be honest
They also have the BEST salsa bar!!

Since getting a restaurant location, it’s made it super convenient to purchase lunch during the day! And use credit/debit!
The mobile stand that sits between Alvernon and Dodge on Grant on the north side of the street, is their original location- and absolutely worth eating late night.
Patron since 2005 and extremely happy for the families established locations in town.
Everything is awesome- haven’t eaten anything I haven’t liked yet- they will do large orders to go!
