The tacos that we ordered were absolutely bussing as always, but the employee was kind of rude when we asked her to refill our dream because they’re fountain out front tasted like dirty mop water. Their tacos are good though don’t recommend their drinks

The restaurant was clean and bathroom clean also. I was impressed by the young lady at the front counter and the man on the line was friendly as well. He acknowledged me as soon as he saw me at the counter. Greeting of we will be right with you sir. It was some where around 3pm on Saturday the 10th. They did an amazing job with customer service.

This was the most disgusting and appaling condition for a restaurant that I have ever seen! I stopped by to charge my car and needed to use a restroom, so to show my appreciation for the use of facilities I wanted to support the business. It would have been more sanitary to use a bush rather than set foot in the restaurant. As it was I still wanted to support the apparently failing business…If I were Jack himself I don’t think it would have been better! To the corporate stakeholders: please fix this, you’re very existance depends on it!!!

The door handle is hanging on one nail, sticky floors, dirty lobby, rude service. Had a misunderstanding with an employee and she gave me attitude. No wonder this place was empty in the afternoon on a weekday.

The food gets worse with every visit. I’m done with this location. After my previous visit before tonight, a district manager or area manager had contacted me about the pitiful excuse for their over priced and under delivered food. The manager assured me that they were going to address the problem with the management at this location. Apparently that was just another blow-off because absolutely nothing improved; if anything, the changes got worse.
Don’t waste your time or your money at this location. This should be criminal for false advertisement.
Update: thank you owner, for giving me the URL to make a complaint that can’t be seen publicly. Nobody has bothered to reach out to me. I posted a new pic of what a Jumbo Jack might look like when prepared by by an untrained backyard griller.

Well it’s official, I won’t be going to Jack in the box ever again. After being completely ignored for 5 minutes I ordered the Sourdough jack that used to be so yummy is now half the size and nothing I would want to experience again, it was awful. Jack in the box is sadly trying to compensate for store closures by substantial y raising there prices .Good luck JITB, you’re going to need it.

Someone from regional support needs to inspect this location. The bathrooms were disgusting—dirty, strong odor, and lacking basic supplies. If the bathrooms looked like that, I can only assume the kitchen is even worse. I threw my food away because I couldn’t bring myself to eat after seeing that.

Zero stars for atmosphere if it was possible. The entry door handle was barely attached to the door. Dirty tables. Clerk said the soda machine didn’t have any ice so she’s fill our cups. The machine was in worse order than that!!!! The soda usually is chilled when it comes out. It’s not like the ice in your cup cools it immediately. The soda coming out was room temp if not a little warmer. The selections of the drinks in it was 1/4 of what options it shows on screen. They had not been replaced . Zero maintenance on this machine.
And when you look at the redicules prices on the menu. It’s obvious this location is about maximum profits and zero put back into the place. You can take my money but not if you can’t even attach the door handle properly. I won’t be back
