I just went into this business cold Stone creamery here in Lumberton. I stood in there for almost 30 minutes before I was even asked if I needed help while I watched one young black man serve customers and then finally this young white guy comes out and when I finally go up to place my order, he said they didn’t have any brownies for the brownie special that I wanted, then I told him that I wanted the strawberry blonde ice cream special and then he’s gone for 10 minutes only to come back out telling me that the strawberry ice cream is frozen. What kind of mess is That! ice cream is supposed to be frozen! so I just walked out of there because I was in there standing in line around for 30 minutes, not even to receive any type of good service and he stood there looking lazy like he didn’t even care! Please get some people in this business that want to work right now! I wanted to fuss that little lazy boy out but I didn’t because he should’ve had something better than to tell me that the strawberry ice cream is frozen and he wasn’t able to serve me. My Grandson asked Where are we going PaPa? I told him it was a secret,his brother has worked so hard on his speech lessons. My Grandson said OK, (as he read the large sign on the front), saying “COLD STONE CREAMERY”, HE SAID “ICE CREAM”. I BOUGHT TWO OF THE ICE CREAM LARGE CUP. When we got the check out, I told my grandson one of the ice creams was has. “What a Wonderful feeling”. “Thank you “Cold Stone Creamery”!!

Came here at 8:35pm expecting to get ice cream. The store was closed an hour early, lights were off, rugs were on the door, doors locked with sign off, and the workers were inside cleaning.

We are frequent coldstone customers. The last few times we have went they are always out of product. Tonight there was one guy working. They didn’t have half of their ice cream in the case and then didn’t have toppings. My husband wanted strawberries and the guy bring back frozen solid strawberries. And the worker laughed and thought it was funny. We will not be going back to this location!

This one is a bit crowded due to the fact it used to be Huddle House. However that being said that is no fault of the people who work there. The ice cream is always delicious and my family loved some of the new flavors they have. Service is always good and fast as possible.

It was overall okay. The associate who asked what I wanted to order didn’t have the knowledge to make it, he asked his already busy coworker to make mines. BUT my ice cream I couldn’t finish as it had wayyyyy to much icing in it. It was like eating an icing milkshake. I tossed it quickly.
