Order to go. Service was friendly. Can’t really judge the atmosphere since it was take out. Chili cheese dog was not too my liking. The patty melt was ok and the onion rings were the best part.

First time here and the service was great, place was clean, order was ready fast and served hot. The fries are probably the best in the area, the ranch is good but the burger was just basic to me. For a $16 combo I was expecting more of a wow factor. The bun was to thick for my liking and the taste of the beef didnt stand out from other places in the area but I would still eat here again.

We along with some friends tried the new Monroe location of Broome Street Burgers tonight . It was delicious , the toughest thing was deciding what to order . Each person in our party had a burger , plus we tried the crispy tasty tots & onion rings . Burgers cooked perfectly & very flavorful . The sauces were applied well & not overly sauced . Thank you to the cooks for that , nothing worse than something that is overly sauced & drips out of the bun like a stream & all you taste is the sauce . Well not here at Broome Street Burgers Monroe , they have got it right . They have plenty on the menu besides burgers , hot dogs , sandwiches , salads. Save room for dessert , the Ghirardelli chocolate brownie is not to be missed . Cheesecake is also wonderful . Staff very friendly and helpful . Enjoyed our meal very much & plan to go back soon .

Quick and friendly service. Fill your own drinks. To go cups are offered at time of order. We have eaten here several times and we have never been disappointed. We are usually a little over full because the burgers are large. The big tasty is my go to menu item with tots. It is one the top burgers I have ever had. I really enjoy the tots here also. Tawnee usually gets the shroom burger without onions and always tries to finish it. The fries are very good also, but I’m partial to the tots. We will continue to eat here on a regular basis. They have daily specials on the chalkboard when you come in the door. Plenty of clean seating has been available for us when we have been here. The only slight negative is decor for seating could use an uplift, but it is still okay and it is comfortable enough.

I had the patty melt ($9) and my partner had the jalapeño cheddar bacon burger with fries and a drink($15). The fries are amazing, the burger and patty were good, only qualm I have is I wished the burger was slightly less cooked.

Monroe location. Awesome. Customer service is awesome, and probably the cleanest place I’ve ever eaten at. I got the patty melt and magic fries, my other half got a regular cheeseburger and onion rings. Perfectly cooked burgers, no soggy buns and the Broome sauce was great on the burgers and fries. They have real sweet tea here which is hard to find these days. Make sure to check the board when you go in for the rotating special burgers. Will definitely make this a regular spot.

The food was great. I’m picky about chili on hotdogs but the chili on the hot dog was really good. Both hotdog and hamburger came hot off the grill and they gave me a generous portion of bacon on burger. The cashier was super nice and friendly. She checked on me multiple times and even joked around with me. Overall, it was a great experience. I definitely recommend for a quick lunch or bringing the family to sit down and eat dinner. My wife describes as simple food done right and that’s the perfect way to describe it.

We moved to Monroe Feb 2021. The burgers places are good but nothing was great… i Googled “good burgers in monroe” and Broome Street Burgers popped up. I had never heard of it but i gave it a shot & we were pleasantly surprised! I order lettuce burgers and often get punished with a tiny bit of old, cooked lettuce but they made sure i had enough to substitute my bun with and it was cold, fresh, & well u can see for yourself in the photos! I usually have to get the burger toppings on the side so it will make the travel home but the woman i ordered through convinced me that their burgers were perfect as is & she was right!!! The food looked as amazing as it tasted. The tater tots, fries, & onion rings were still crispy and hot!! The people who work there are courteous & friendly. We immediately took a family vote and it was unanimous… THIS IS OUR BURGER PLACE❣
