One of the highlights of our visit was the warm welcome from the General Manager, Riley. He was hands-on in every way—assisting with seating, answering calls, and even giving directions to help guests find convenient parking. At first, we genuinely thought he was the host or even the owner because of how involved he was. He didn’t hesitate to offer to take our drink orders while we waited, which spoke volumes about his commitment to great service.
Despite how busy the restaurant was, Riley was always on top of everything. This was our first visit, and I can confidently say it’s the perfect spot for excellent food paired with outstanding service. You really have to experience it for yourself.
A huge thank you to Riley and his team for delivering consistently exceptional service throughout our entire visit.
What was really surprising was the food. Everything looked wonderful but it missed the mark, not just with me but 6 of us. It just wasn’t impressive, especially for the price. Portions were good and had the potential to knock our socks off. Unfortunately, it didn’t happen. We are not inclined to recommend them, especially since 6 out of 14 people weren’t satisfied.
We enjoyed everything from the drinks to dessert. The dessert didn’t have somethings available because the waitress said they were moving to another location(this was in May)
But overall 10/10.
Can’t wait to go back
The food is absolutely amazing, I really loved it.
He told me that they helped him so much with the proposal, it’s an amazing place.
Last night we, a table of three, requested to sit at a particular table outside that was empty and on the edge of the table area. I went inside alone to request the seating since doing so was too much for the guest with us. One of us is handicapped and walking/maneuvering is quite difficult and it takes a lot of time to get from point a to point b. When I was taken to be seated the host/manager/etc took us to a different table. When I requested the other again he said, “well didn’t you say they had a hard time walking. This is closer.” He didn’t say it nicely, he threw it back at me. I was surprised. I again requested the other table and told him she really wanted the other table. He said we could also pick the table next to the original one he offered (in the middle of a bunch of tables which is difficult to maneuver around) then walked away. We tried to go to the table but couldn’t get situated – as in there wasn’t enough room to attempt to sit down. So I asked one of the waitstaff if we could switch tables and she went inside to ask the host then came back and let us go to the table I first asked for.
As you can imagine it’s very difficult for handicapped people to move around. The attitude, insincerity and unwillingness to help someone was awful. It was just a table and I’ve worked in enough restaurants in my life to know our request was not out of the ordinary or too much. To have been treated like I was the imposition when I asked nicely each time is honestly astonishing. I left that restaurant feeling like we were the problem but in hindsight I can see that y’all are.
He asked, “How may I help you?” Honestly, he should have gotten up and greeted me when I first arrived at the table. No big deal. We sat down. It’s a nice place.
We got Bridgette as our server. I ordered a Caesar salad and asked if they had anchovies, which they did. I was never told that the anchovies were the dry kind typically used for pizza, not the fresh ones normally served on a salad. The salad was also over-sauced. I removed the anchovies and did not eat them.
One of my friends ordered pasta, and my other friend did as well. When the food came out, one of the pastas had bacon in it, and he does not eat bacon. When the server came back, he politely asked if he could get another one without bacon. She responded, “You didn’t see that on the menu?” He apologized and asked again nicely. My other friend said, “It’s not a big deal. I’ll pay for it and take it to go.”
Later, we asked for two boxes to go. She brought only one and walked off. When my friend mentioned it, she asked, “Why?” His plate was covered with a napkin because there was a fly around the table since we were sitting outside. She stood there holding the box, questioning why he would need one. When he lifted the napkin, she sarcastically said, “Oh, I didn’t know your food was under a napkin,” and then made another smart remark.
We were seated in Tyler’s section, and he was phenomenal, attentive without ever being overbearing. My wife and I wanted to take our time and enjoy a relaxed dinner, and Tyler seemed to understand that immediately. His pacing, recommendations, and overall service were spot on.
Riley, the manager, came over shortly after we sat down and introduced himself. He checked in throughout the night and was a great complement to Tyler, adding a personal and welcoming touch to the experience.
And then there was Wendal, the live singer, absolutely the showstopper. He created such an incredible atmosphere that had my wife and me singing along at our table and truly soaking in the moment. The combination of live music, great service, and a relaxed vibe made the night unforgettable.
10/10 experience across the board. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back in the future.
