Was looking for ube coffee and this popped up on Google maps. Had a hard time finding the place since there was no specific Di Di coffee signage on the outside (next door to a CBD shop).
The small circular sign that is there says IKTO: “I Know The Owner.” If I didn’t bump into a friend, I wouldn’t have known it’s apparently a pop up in the mornings while at night it’s a bar.
Parking is limited and small in/out lot, about 5 spots. But looks like most people either pre-order or take to go so thankfully we were able to find a spot.
Inside, the atmosphere is aesthetically pleasing and there’s surprisingly plenty of seating even though it looks small from the outside.
Now, on to the coffee & croffles. Got the egg custard cream and ube cream – absolutely delicious cream toppings and the Vietnamese coffee is extremely strong, in a good way. Croffles are so pretty looking I didn’t want to eat it lol. However, it was extremely hard when biting into it causing that scraping of my upper palate like it does with banh mi sandwiches. Maybe it’s softer eating it right away when freshly made so plan to reheat to help soften. Also, they’re just a tad too overly sweet but great for those that have a sweet tooth.
Service was pleasant and quick and there was a good amount of people coming in and out of the place. Overall, cool place to check out especially if you’re in the area.

Vibe- Housed in IKTO- I know the owner; there’s some seating inside and plenty of outside seating too.
Customer service- Great! The baristas were kind and helpful.
Food/drinks- I had the Pandan coffee that was so good and the pistachio matcha croffle!

Tried the Pandan coffee and 3 different croffles (banana/creme brulee croffle and gochujang chicken were my favorites) and everything was DELICIOUS. Plus, the baristas were super sweet and the atmosphere was so peaceful. Definitely recommend trying Di Di coffee out.

I finally got a chance to try Di Di’s as they are currently permanent located inside of I know The Owner in the heights on Saturday and Sundays only! I tried their pandan and black sesame viet coffee. Both were a 10/10. My favorite would be the black sesame as they really outdid themselves with this one and really got the true black sesame flavor in the cold foam!!! Pandan is always a solid for me. I would recommend this place to others and the location offers a parking lot and seating inside/outside too! Perfect for a coffee date catch up session!❤️❤️
